My little guy is nervous and really doesn’t enjoy getting groomed. He went in shaking and came out happy as can be. His haircut looks fantastic, and he is so soft! They were also able to cut his nails which other groomers have struggled with. Everyone was so sweet and I felt comfortable leaving my dog in their hands. I waited a whole month just to get an appointment with them and I’d gladly do it again. Highly recommend!

My senior cat is a longhair Turkish Angora. She came to me in the summer of 2008 as one of a litter of 9 orphans after their mama cat was hit by a car. I hand-raised them from the time they were less that a week old. That upbringing means they imprint on their human and are generally very easy to manage. She doesn’t scratch or bite.

Since she is quite arthritic, she gets matted because she isn’t as able to fully groom herself as she was before.

Julianne is awesome with her. I’ve taken her 4 times now, and she’s able to get the mats gone without shaving her completely bald.

I remind her assistant each time of the arthritis so they don’t scruff her. She’s the perfect client because she just sits there and lets them do their thing.

We love Rancho's Pet Parlor N Play! We have been taking our Golden Retriever there for awhile now, and they do an amazing job! He comes home smelling wonderful and looking amazing! I love how they listen and do a "Field Golden cut" on him and we do not have to worry about him coming home shaved. I have heard of this happening at other places, Rancho's Pet Parlor N Play know what they are doing when it comes to grooming specific breeds. They are friendly, caring and reasonable. We won't take our boy anywhere else! We fully trust them with our 4 legged family member <3 Thank you ladies!

Not only do they do a great job, and are always happy to see the dogs, but they showed me a little cut on Blazes back inside leg that had a scab on it and said she cleaned it but didn’t want to cut around it because they didn’t want to disturb the scab. I think he cut himself running at the house. When someone pays that much attention to your animals, I Am Very Impressed. Best place ever!!!!
