Great video game store, you can find many throw backs here and some hidden gems. They offer repair and maintenance services for your consoles, they also have deals on refurbished systems. Somewhat pricey on tittles but more convenient than ordering from Amazon.

Cap'n Games is a clean establishment, with an array of video games dating back to the Atari, all the way to more modern. They sell consoles and gaming accessories (both practical hardware, like controllers or memory cards, and impractical like keychains), too. They have friendly staff, most of whom are knowledgeable. They have raffles and even host tournaments. If you're looking to pick up some retro games or expand your collection, I'd stop here first. They've got some rare gems. I personally don't trade anything in anymore due to game preservation and wanting my own collection, so I can't speak to the trade-in value ratio. What I do know is they have a large library, and if you want to be notified about a rare game that comes in, you can be put on a list.

Check your purchase before leaving the store. Been a few cycles with this place. Good crew, then bad crew. This place brings alot of joy. But I've had enough bad experience that today was the last straw. Between 3 employees all helping me, being the only guy in the store, I was sold a game that was literally held together by tape inside. Either no one checked this game worked, or though that would be fine. Either option is unacceptable. If you have it on the sales floor, it should be ready to go home with someone. Also Jon is probably the worst customer service rep I have ever seen in this store.

Good game selection, some ive forgotten about and enjoyed again, they can even fix some stuff for a decent price.

I called ahead for a Wii U console and everything that comes with it hoping to support a local game store, I arrived timely to a dead-eyed staff that charged me FULL PRICE as if I bought the console online refurbished, forgot the sensor bar, forgot the stand for gamepad, provided nothing I needed. I can't honestly write in more scathe, I had to stand there and interrogate them about the system I was buying, decided to trust them; honestly this game store is a bazaar. Shop online and allow these grifters to go out of business like they deserve, this trend of scam game stores needs to die. Edit: I just tried to salvage my night I planned with my wife by atleast watching her play on the gamepad to find.. the games I bought were just empty cases. Very cool.

Got great condition game for my collection!

Great store! Wide variety of games, I see people saying it’s mostly a vintage shop but they still had a good variety of newer games. The employees were fantastic, very nice and helpful. Very affordable games as well. Only issue I had was with the speed of the line, but it wasn’t much of an issue anyways. Will definitely be coming back soon!
