A legit company should NOT be refunding items out of stock paid via Paypal with an ECheque, that means you have zero funding in your online account that I literally paid the day before. So you are withdrawing all your funds before you even check if its in stock Only teenagers, broke people, or scammers have to issue ECheque, not valid online retailers! And its still pending, how broke is this store? Or are you just fraudulent? Refund your orders without making customers wait for the funds, damn....

Very unreliable. I placed an order for an item from Europe and did not receive any confirmation of shipment. I sent 3 emails to their support@ email address but was ignored. I called the warehouse (spoke to Dana) and was told shipping will take place the same day. Still no confirmation email. I called again the next day, and later received an email ststing that the item is « unable to be located ».

Is this the service you deserve when you purchase a $ 1’000 shirt?

The laws of capitalism and gravity could only suggest that xhibition would be left with no choice but to file for bankruptcy in the coming months, at the latest.

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. You'd have to be to work there. Whether you are a sneakerhead or curiosity seeker looking for designer names in apparel, Xhibition is a must!

Not sure which location is responsible for shipping, or if they have like a separate warehouse for that. That being said I ordered a top last Friday, subtracting weekend days it was to my house in two days and they include a return label, which is small but with the number of companies charging for returns I was happy to see that. Im glad to have found a new retailer to shop at.

Spectacular service. Easy ordering. Consistent updates on tracking of package. Nice neat packaging. There was even a sweet treat inside. Shoes were exquisitely beautiful. This was my first order and definitely won't be my last!

Sold me used shoes. And wouldn’t exchange them for the same ones the next day. Didn’t ask for a refund just to exchange them. Then I was told the other store had a different pair I wanted and when I got there they didn’t have them. So I go back and there all sold out. Mind you I’ve spent thousands of dollars here. I’ve purchased over 50 pairs in the last year knowing they are over priced but I still would buy shoes. Never again

I purchased a pair of shoes from this so-called store and they sent me the wrong pair of shoes! I've reached out to them every way possible and have yet to receive any type of response or valid answer. How do you make a mistake this big by sending a customer the wrong product, take their money, and then completely ignore them If I wanted to be treated like that I would shop on eBay....save your money and shop from somewhere more reputable in terms of customer service. Good product means nothing if you treat your customers like trash. Never getting my money again.
