My girlfriend and I just had an amazing shopping experience today at World of Mirth. The stellar salesperson, Nick, helped with numerous product selections. His knowledge, understanding, and caring personality made for a flawless time. The variety, quality, and depth of products is truly world-class.

A Richmond staple, always a pleasure to visit. However respectfully, over the past two years the employees, while always very friendly, have just gotten too overbearing. I don't need three different people coming up to me in a five minute span in a pretty small store asking if I need help. Again, they're all very friendly and mean well but as someone that just wants to be left alone to browse it's off-putting.

Our go to store for everything fun. The staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable about their inventory. I've been buying gifts for kids here for over 20 years, and know that whatever I find will always be the coolest toy at the party! Also, this store is locally owned and deeply connected to the community and is known for their generosity and support of all progressive issues in Richmond.

Super cool store with very nice, helpful staff. This store is mainly kids toys and learning tools, along with some adult items (not inappropriate, just for older people). There was a wide selection of games and stuffed animals, too. Check out pics for more of the selection.

me and my partner come here all the time for our local Sonny Angel connection and love it! we've always been making friends with the staff who couldn't be kinder and more genuine. clearly they love the store and appreciate the customers. the owner is also kind as can be and should be proud of her store and what she offers to the culture of carytown!

I ordered a cicada plush toy and oh my gosh it was amazing! It was the cream colored shell that you unzip and out came a cicada with wings! My 9year old niece loved it so much, it arrived quicker than I thought as well, just in time for her party.

My 15 year old daughter was in your store today 06/30/24 with her grandmother shopping like they do every Sunday together but today was different because your store manager a cussed my daughter of stealing a key chain because she did not put it back in the correct hanger slot. Everyone in the store heard him cause my child of stealing. She showed him where she put the key chain but he still took it upon his self to search her pocketbook. My daughter will never steal nor does she have to. She is biracial and I really feel she was profiled today in your store. I will be contacting my lawyer tomorrow morning about this.
We have money she had money of her own to buy what ever she wanted out of your store today and if she needed more money her grandmother had it. I'm a nurse and I was just woken up to my child crying over this.DO NOT COME IN THIS STORE IF YOU ARE OF COLOR. I WENT TO THE STORE 20 mints after this happened to my daughter and I made them cal the owner and all she said was let me check the cameras. Today 07:01/25 the owner told me they had a store meeting and will be re training her employees and said she apologized to my daughter. That’s it really your employees racily profiled my 15 years old daughter and spoke to her with out an adult present when her grandmother was still looking around the store. The manager told my daughter you can be a little detective and show me where you put the key chain. THE OWNER CLAIMED TO ME SHE ALSO HAD A BIRACIAL SON AND UNDERSTOOD MY ANGER ? BUT SHE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MAKING A DOLLAR. THE ENTIRE CARYTOWN COMMUNITY NEEDS TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF PEOLE WORK HERE AND HOW THE OWNER TREATS HER CUSTOMERS
