Such a cool place to shop! All name brands and such a big selection! I took some clothes up there yesterday and traded them in for store credit (my choice). They will give you cash on the spot but I chose the store credit option for the added 25%. Turned around and went on a shopping spree and only had to spend $4 out of my pocket! Can’t wait to go back. They are constantly putting out new stuff so every time you go you will find something new.

Wow Jenna As a mama 4 and not wanting to have a garage sale, I showed up at this place uptown cheapskates to sell some items. I was shocked on the behavior of Jenna. She is the vicious, hateful, and rude as a newcomer you would think she’d want to explain the system kindly and really be happy to see new people but oh no. Not Jenna Jenna was rude from the minute. I walked in. She even made a phone call to somebody and told a lie untruth that I was being rude, which is not true cameras don’t lie her fellow employees even agreed with me that she was being unkind and when I asked her name, it was like this had happened before. Customers were unhappy with her and would ask her for the manager, and the manager doesn’t have a I don’t know The system of the store they would tell you it slowly Jenna acted like I was desperate and then I needed to sell my stuff. Well she’s wrong and her behavior is sickening and so gross she is definitely a very unhappy female. I would never go back to this place ever and I would To try other places to sell your clothing because this place is very bad and Jenna needs to be sent back to education on customer services She’s lacking in it she even tried to give me $20 credit and didn’t remove the $20 credit from When I went to pay for my shorts, she still had the $20 credit and I had I didn’t sell my items so I don’t have a store credit yeah Jenna you really know what you’re doing I hope you have a better day and learn how to treat customers better attitude and I know some people think don’t matter but trust me they do? Seller beware this store is not the place to do Business ?

Incredible selection with a wide variety of styles, sizes, shoes and so much more!! Very clean and all the employees were so helpful and kind! Not to mention stellar prices for high end brands! I originally went to get rid of and sell some clothes, and was so shocked when they offered me cash on the spot buying many of my items!! So impressed! Highly recommend!

Updating my previous review. I recommend this location for 3 reasons:
1. It's a great location and very clean.
2. They always have a great selection of great clothing, shoes and accessories.
3. The owners of this location take complaints seriously. This afternoon my friend and I had unfortunate experience, I reached out to management and within MINUTES they replied, kept us posted, and are working to prevent our experience from happening to anyone else again. I will ALWAYS support stores with owners who believe in resolving issues on either side of the counter.

want more money for your items ? This place is absolutely a joke. They try to steal your belongings by offering you nothing. The people in it are not very friendly running it. I would go to Plato‘s closet before it ever came back. Here they gave more money for items than this place ever dreamed of doing, sellers don’t give stuff away. Go to Plato‘s Closet right down the street for top dollar for your items! Just drive down the road take your chances. You’ll save money shopping at Plato‘s closet and selling your earn more. Trust me. I’m a customer of Plato‘s closet now forever cheapskates uptown is not the place to sell your belongings or even shop for goods. Good luck, ladies.

I came up today to attempt to sell 2 big bags of clothes, and a box of 2 pairs of shoes. This is the 3rd time I’ve come up here dealing with the same woman. For those 2 big bags of clothes they gave me $8 for 3 pieces which they will sell for $20 a piece. They said the clothes weren’t good enough and ignored us. I hope anyone who comes here has a better experience, because I got treated like I was nothing. Thank you have a great day.

I went in to sell as my first time in the store. I didn’t sell much, but I was happy with the service. I then looked around and found so many beautiful clothes and accessories, shoes too. I bought a few things and definitely will return Great stuff and beautiful store a hidden gem.

Today I came up with my daughter to attempt to sell 2 bags of clothes, and a box of shoes. My daughter came up here the first time to see the requirements to sell clothes, so we brought them all with hangers. Jenna who helped my daughter the 1st time then said we needed to remove all the hangers. Jenna took 10 minutes to look through the 2 bags. She then offered my daughter $8 for 3 pieces of clothing. They offered her a portion of what they will be selling those clothes for. Jenna treated us like below equals and had a corporate tone with us. We will not be returning here, and I hope others have a better experience with Ms.Jenna than we did!!
