Even during their holiday hours, checkout lines moved seamlessly. Nice cashiers even though it was 5 minutes till they closed. Will be revisiting.

Maybe because it's a tourist mall the employees don't give a damn about customer service but it's infuriating how the staff here treats you. Disgusting management. No leadership no common sense. No ambition to thrive.

Liliana was super friendly and helpful. She helped me find the exact item I was looking for(very difficult in these big stores)
Another employee kept telling her in Spanish "leave her alone, she can look by herself"
Being extremely nasty and unhelpful. But liliana helped me anyways and she absolutely deserves to be complimented for it ♡

TJMAXXX es de mis tiendas por departamento favoritas de la vida, pero el mal de muchas de ellas son as grandes líneas y su demora! En otros aunque la línea esté larga se moverá rápido, pero aquí no, la tienda suele estar desordenada y la línea es terrible, pase casi 1 hora para pagar 3 artículos, ojalá esto cambie porque amo TJMaxxx

Not worth the wait to check out! Open a few more cashiers. 3 is not enough!! Management observed, and then walked away. One cashier just working to sign up a points card. I love your store but if you can’t man it, I can’t shop there
