I ordered some shoulder pads from the online store and had them shipped to the US. They were a little pricey, but the staff made it worth it. Everyone was professional and extremely helpful! The only reason I'm not rating 5 stars is because when you order internationally, it doesn't show a shipping price you have to pay that separately either through a wire transfer or PayPal which both require large fees with US accounts. However, with that being said the package arrived alot sooner than I had expected so overall I'm happy with the transaction!

Absolute Empfehlung! Ich habe mir hier neue Schlittschuhe gekauft und bin rundum begeistert! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Nick, der mich unglaublich kompetent, freundlich und geduldig beraten hat. Man merkt sofort, dass hier echte Profis am Werk sind, die wissen, wovon sie sprechen und den Sport lieben. Das gesamte Team ist super hilfsbereit und schafft eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Auch der Laden selbst macht richtig was her – modern, übersichtlich und mit einer tollen Auswahl an Hockey-Equipment. Man fühlt sich direkt gut aufgehoben! Vielen Dank für den klasse Service – ich komme definitiv wieder! 🏒🔥

Schaut euch das Lachen meines Sohnes an. Er war super happy. 🥳😁 Mit meinem Sohn - Goalie - im Laden gewesen und eine Top Beratung bekommen. Verschiedene Goalie Schoner ausprobiert, alles genau aufgezeigt, eigene Präferenzen diskutiert… Danke euch für die tolle Beratung. Gerne wieder.

In all den Jahren hat Eure Service-Qualität und die Beratung nie nachgelassen. Das ist eine echte Top Leistung heutzutage. 🏆 Das Team ist immer auf dem gleichen Niveau im Kundenservice trotz natürlicher Fluktuationen. Ich fühle mich bei allen Mitarbeitern absolut gut aufgehoben. Das ist sicher vorallem auch Benni geschuldet.
