Il Target al Grove Center di Miami è più piccolo di altri Target, ma offre comunque una grande selezione di prodotti. Il negozio è pulito, il personale è amichevole ed è comodo per fare acquisti veloci. Un'esperienza solida da 4 stelle!

This Starbucks inside target is the best! Andrea, Rache, Rickquia and all the girls really know how to shake it up! Thanks for everything. Rickquia spoiled me with a cookie ? crumble Frappuccino, it completely sweetened my day! Service is quick, on point, and always with a smile ? Hard to hit another Starbucks ‍♀️when they treat you like royalty in this location!

I recently visited this Target, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. This smaller store has everything I usually shop for, and I found that my final bill was less than what I typically spend at the larger Targets. It’s great to know I can save money while still finding all my essentials!

The friendly staff made my shopping trip even better—they were helpful and welcoming, which created a positive atmosphere. Overall, this Target has quickly become my go-to spot for shopping.

Also it has the supermarket key section that I loved.

Parking is free for the first two hours!

Target in South Miami, right next to the metro train elevated station.
This Target is attached to a large mall with many levels of parking.

Really sad excuse for a Target and not representative of the brand. Customer service is unknown, hard to find english speakers… don’t complain about prices, regardless of what is shown on the shelf, their little handheld computer wins out. So why even have price tags? Buyer beware… I’m filing complaint with government. This is out of control… once or twice I get it, but repeatedly? And then don’t seem to understand how the software works on their system… appropriate answers are seldom given and this leads to confusion. Let me show you how this was supposed to go down… you can benefit from my years teaching others about appropriate interactions…

“Excuse me this price doesn’t match what’s on the shelf, the peaches didn’t either and your associate doesn’t seem to understand there’s a price tag which I just showed her the image of.”

“I’m sorry you’re having difficulty with this, let me check my terminal to get a point of refeernce and we’ll go from there… oh yes here it is, this is a target circle item, did you enter your phone number in? The discount will apply immediately when you do. “

“Oh no I didn’t, I thought that’s something we normally do at the end?”

“You can do it then as well, but the discounts won’t reflect. It’s okay let’s make sure the prices on the screen match the tags you’re seeing.”

Let me say that this is nothing how my experience went… hats off to the gentlemen that actually knew immediately it was a circle item and walked me over to enter my number. While I was visibly upset to another associate, she was trying to contain her laughter.

When you have customer facing employees that can’t engage the customer properly, what then? When I politely say I don’t speak spanish and someone keeps talking to me in spanish, why is that okay? And I’m the son of a latino immigrant… but I don’t speak the language.

I am such a fan of Target and I’m just floored at how bad this store is at maintaining the reputation I have come to love from this brand. This store is two blocks from me… I thought I was going to love it.

Probably the worst Target that I remember in my life. The access is by parking ( only 2 hrs. free ) plus taking an elevator to a open patio. If rains, you get wet !! Once inside you see a horrible selection of goods and food. Look like a big 7Eleven. Only cheap stuff .
The prices are higher than Fresh Market and Millan's.
Lastly, the traffic makes it very difficult to get there.

When you walk into this location the first thing you see is a plus size model with a pair of I am only to assume sagging pants. For a moment I thought I had walked into Walmart. Then at self check out. What is wrong with your customer service there? Although a much smaller location I will go back to Target in the Gables. I expected more this being in the Grove. Now I understand what friends have said about this location. It did however start out great. I had hopes. Sadly I cannot post the picture of the model here. I will on fb as a public posting
