My fiancèe bought me a bespoke belt to match my Santoni shoes & told them the waist size it should have been cut to in June, which they said they would do. They did not size the belt at all and the leather belt was nothing near the color of my shoes. We went into the store they said they did not cut the belt “because we want to make sure it is measured correctly.” They measured my waist size. When I told them the belt does not match my shoe color at all they told me this is how it came from Italy. I paid another $100 to strip the original color & match it to my shoes. They told me the turnaround time would be 1 week - it took them a month to come around. Went into the store on a Saturday AND THE BELT WAS CUT TOO TOO SHORT. Asked for my money back and the new manager said he would have to do some research and they would “take care of me” get back to me on Monday. It has now been 3 days and no communication from the manager. Let me add it’s for s $600 belt. Really poor customer service

Ordered a pair of shoes from the Santoni's website.
They were too small, so I wanted to return them.
I was not pleased with the excessive number of rules and conditions in order to return the shoes. On top of that I had to cover the shipping cost which was $50.00 USD. Although I have liked Santoni's shoes in the past, I am not sure I would want to deal with all the inconvenience.

Does not take returns even brand new unopened same day -- even though their own website says 30 day returns are acceptable.
