Visited for my granddaughter's birthday party. The ideal venue is well organised and great fun for the kids. Very busy, staff helpful. We had 19 kids in the party room, and I wouldn't recommend any more for comfort.

Absolute joke of a place, booked for 2 children online and when we arrived, all of the tables were reserved for "parties" so therefore we couldn't find an appropriate table to watch the 2 children under 5 whilst playing. I work in a restaurant with an adjoining play area, so if you know your facilities cannot accommodate for the masses, that have also booked, why allow people to book online or why not contact them about their booking or make sure there is a table reserved for them? The place is an absolute joke and the staff are incompetent and miserable, the staff member signed us in and seen us leave less than 5 minutes after but thanked us for coming? This place is past its best and the staff all need better training evidently. Waste of fuel money and a waste of £15 from booking online. AVOID.

Had a really lovely experience here today, we went late afternoon and it wasn’t overly busy which was nice. All of the staff were so friendly and just went above and beyond, my daughter has a broken leg so couldn’t play so one of the staff brought her some colouring pencils and paper, the same member of staff also brought my nephew, daughter and little boy a party bag as she had overheard it was my nephews birthday, all of the staff were so nice and it really makes a difference, the place is great for kids and the food was lovely and entry is much cheaper than most I have been to

kids came home with head lice! second time when this happens. please double check your cleaning staff, and the parents reading this, please wash your kids and keep a good hygiene. you are adults, you should know better ?

Excellent softplay for toddlers. Dedicated under 5 area filled with toys, puzzles, soft climbs and slides. Larger softplay for kids over 5 also available. £5.25 for 2 hours play per child, no payment for adults.

Plenty of seating and spacious with a good selection of reasonably priced food and drink.

Lots of free parking.

This was my first time at your play area, it’s a wonderful place for children to play. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The play area is well thought out for the children to play safely. We had food and a lovely cuppa tea and coffee, the food was delicious too. Well done, I shall bring my grandchildren again, also the whole place was lovely and clean, thanks for a fabulous time ?

Ruff'n'tumble, just what it says on the box. Great place for the kids, special area for the younger ones and a bigger area for wannabe rambo's, girls Included. Quick service for food and drinks portions are of epic size.
Well worth the entrance fee.

Fantastic place for kids, so much for them to do , they can really let off steam, trampolines and climbing wall plus all the usual things , slides climbing frame and so much more, reasonable price, and a great food menu, just one thing make sure you take your ear plugs along for all the noise they make ha ha.
