Used this after first trying the Excess Baggage in Waverly Station but they were full and recommended Radical Storage. Was a bit apprehensive of having to book and pay before being sent the address, but thankfully it wasn't too far away, only real issue was having to haul suitcases up those punishing Edinburgh hills. If you have poor mobility or are in a hurry this could be a big problem. But in the end I was surprised how easy it was to book, drop off and collect from Radical storage, and the price was less than half of Excess Baggage.
