This review is for there satellite store at Rose Park (see attached picture). I have spent somewhere in the neighborhood of $1500 at this place, and every time I go in here you get the feeling like they just want to be left alone. Considering the prices you would expect some service. No. It also always takes forever to check out because no one ever knows how to use there iPad driven register.

This is a small shop but with a wide variety of quality goods. A little bit of everything for the horse owner or would like to be horse owner. My niece picked up some needed items for her tack room and also had a halter that needed repair. I bought a really cool spur keyring & a leather stitch remover. They also the sweetest little rescue dog. If you like the smell of leather you will love this place and the very friendly & helpful owner/employees.

Love this little shop! The ladies working there were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They helped me with sizing and fit and got me exactly what I needed. Prices were very reasonable and I was impressed with their variety and availability, especially since it's a smaller store. I will absolutely be back!

Quail Hollow Tack is absolutely the best! Kenny, Linda, Johnathon, Vicki, and all the ladies who work at the store location, are extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and always try to get you what you need. If they don't have in stock, they order it ASAP. Custom boots? I will never go anywhere else! I will always get my tack and equipment from Quail Hollow!! Nothing beats the personal attention from experienced and friendly staff!

I took my grand-daughter in to get English riding gear. The sales clerk was so helpful with getting the perfect fit for the helmet, she tried on boots, had her walk in them, switched them out. She was so patient, took time to make sure it was what we wanted. Will definitely be going back.

I went to the mobile store they have set up in Thermal at the Desert Thermal Horse Park. I don’t normally write reviews but this just was a terrible experience for me. There was a older man working there and I went in with my friend and asked him if we could try on a pair of boots because she needed new boots, and he told us that he wasn’t going to fit us because he didn’t want us to go run off and buy the boots online. This wasn’t our intention when we went into the shop at all. It wasn’t really that his point offended me because I completely understand that, but it was just the way he treated us and he was just so rude about it. I just left and found another tack shop where they assisted us nicely and bought a pair of boots from them. I was really upset and shocked by the inhospitably. I don’t think I will ever shop here again.
