Uno dei negozi di usato più rifornito che io abbia mai visto!! Al suo interno si possono trovare vestiti di qualsiasi genere e anche di marca (Adidas, Nike, Abercrombie & Fitch...) a buon prezzo!!
Personalmente ho apprezzato molto la disposizione e la cura con cui gli abiti vengono selezionati ed esposti, staff super gentile e cordiale, ci tornerò sicuramente!

This specific location stinks! It smells like a mix of perfume and worn/dirty clothes. The selection wasn’t very good either. A few of the items I was looking at had stains on them. Why would anyone want to spend money on stained clothing? I left within 5 minutes and will not be returning. There are better Plato’s closet locations out there.

Don’t waste your time coming here. I waited two hours to come back to hear, “we didn’t take anything, it can’t be older than 18 months.” Listen, I’m not one to post reviews but out of all the items I had, everything was newer than 18 months. I mean look at the photos. I have RVCA hoodie and hat, O’Neil shorts, cruiser gear, and loads of good stuff (all 18 months and newer). They even have a sign outside advertising that they will buy Guy’s clothes and athletic wear. Come on… Out of all 15 of my items they didn’t even attempt to purchase one? The lack of respect. A power slap to my face. How dare you Plato and your closet. How dare you crush me and wear me down today. You will never see me again. (Cat was not included in the items brought to store, js…)

I went in to sell a bin of clothes and they told me it was a 4-5 hour wait so I told them no problem and left. Came back 3+ hours later when I got a text that it was done to find out that they didn’t even look in my bin and passed on everything because they had to many items in store. All of this would have been fine had they not made me wait 3+ hours! When I opened it to check if they went through it, it looked like they just shuffled the top around and left clothes hanging out with the lid on so now some of them are really wrinkled. Also told me to come back after a month and they’ll look. Really disappointed with this location.

Amazing inventory! Great finds at low prices. Lulu lemon shorts for $18!!! Lots of great name brands. Super nice & hardworking owner! To no surprise the store was busy. Highly reccomend this location!!

I recently brought in 2 bins of all brand new name brand items. Freshly laundered, pressed, and most items had tags still on. I had 5 pairs of brand new Zara jeans, numerous tops from H&M & Express, Lululemon, Skims, plus many other brand name items. I was originally quoted 2 hours, and after 3.5 hours I called for a time update due to having appointment 45 minutes away I had to make. They called me back 5 minutes later and said my bin was ready. They took 3 items for $7. Upon coming home, one of my bins was untouched and clearly was not looked through whatsoever. The girls that work here are extremely unprofessional and will flag your bin if you call for a time update when they are hours behind their estimate. Never selling here again.

All Plato’s closets are awful but this is by far the worst. Came in with 2 full bags of Lululemon, Skims, Princess Polly, White Fox etc. they took only 2 items and proceeded to tell me they’re being “very selective” in the items they’re picking. Meanwhile they had a “blaze it 420” marijuana shirt hanging front and center. They also said they’re only taking items worn 18 months or less which one of my bags was clothes with tags on them. If you’re gonna shop second hand quality clothes don’t come to this location. Won’t take a brand new skims bodysuit but will take a T-shirt with a marijuana leaf on it? This place is a joke. Not to mention the girl ripped one of my two bags. Nice!

Shopped their sale bins outside and came in and Cher the owner immediately offered me a bag then told me I couldn't walk around with the bag it's policy all bags go behind the counter so I let her know I wasn't sure if I wanted the items and would carry them in my hands so I can try on and look at them while I shop and decide and she refused to let me hold any items while I shopped saying it was policy but then multiple other people were carrying bags of clothes. She also kept harassing me my entire shopping experience trying to take the clothes when I was unsure if I wanted them and offered to kick me out when I told her I didn't appreciate being singled out and harassed. I ended up getting the pants I needed but won't return to this location due to extremely poor ownership and the immediate harassment from first step in the door. CHAR OR CHER THE OWNER. Support better local businesses than her.
