Been a customer of this Credit Union for many many years……. Recently went to my local branch in Monroe County Pa, I found a note on the building stating they closed permanently!!! Myself and my son will be traveling the hour it takes to now close our accounts!!

This bank has become a scamming bank been w them about 10 years & they have gotten increasingly worse by the day..... soon as my vehicle is paid off I'll DEFF be leaving this nickel & dime stealing crap of a bank .... would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone ?

We used NEPA to get our car loan. We were on a tight schedule as our ordered vehicle arrived early (and we didn't trust our dealer not to sell it for a markup). The sign up process to join was simple and we were able to do it over the phone.

Jazz was extremely friendly and helpful and was available to answer all my questions in a timely manner. All said and done we were able to join and get the loan in two days!

My wife and I couldn't be happier. We got a great rate and the customer service was some of the best we've encountered at a bank.

Been with this Bank 2 years now people inside tellers reading people awesome service wise going to ATMs on the outside ATMs work besides the middle one this goes on constantly terrible terrible service when it comes to this

Getting auto loan was horrible emotional experience ! After my husband spoke with loan department he had asthma attack. Full service credit union dedicated to satisfy the financial needs of the members is an absolute lies !!!

Not my experience but my grandson has had an account here since around 2015. Sad thing is though because he has a saving account he has no card to use the ATM. Which is a real disadvantage. Like today here we sit waiting to see if anyone is coming in to do the virtual ATM because there are never signs saying if someone will be available or not.
I don't understand why they can't give an ATM card with savings accounts it ridiculous and inconvenient.

Worse ever experience ! Don’t trust this people ! Stay away ! After talking to Deberah and Katie All you hear lie and run around ! Attitude toward members ! Members are not first in this credit union ! Save yourself money and hassle ! I was harassed ,humiliated and discriminated !

Best experience ever. Will never go back to a regular bank. They work with their customers and will help you out instead of taking advantage of you at every corner. Have never had a bad experience from the time I opened an account until now. They will give you loans and refinance your car at a very great rate.
