Braids don't last long they don't use enough hair they can't stich braid they are very hostile and demanding of payment. They use dirty combs and laugh and talk about you in their language.

I called to see if they could do my hair and I had a picture of the style I wanted, they kept trying to give me the style on the wall was the same, so the lady was starting my hair didn't know what she was doing and, the owner took over my hair. So they wanted the money before they finish and not the way I wanted and then she asked to buy the beads for thehair, I said know they are a dollar and I'm paying a 150.00. It's first time there and too much going on everyone has they babies so they doing hair and taking care of they kids. If you can't do the style say that. Never again.

Went there was one person in front I called and told them what I wanted, got a price. Went there and the price was $50 more after showing them the picture. Not a problem. Lady starts my hair I’m in the chair for a hour just to do the bottom row. She then started the top, I asked for four layer conrows so why is she only doing two. When I ask she then says she doesn’t understand and began to take my hair out. Now two hours of my day off is wasted. Then tells me to wait for her sister coming in a hour meanwhile there are three other customers waiting. The service was very poor, if you don’t understand don’t start anyone’s hair. Don’t switch my style up, like what I look like wearing two layer braids who does that at my age. Come on, never will I ever go back nor recommend them to anyone.

I love this shop, they always do exactly what I want, & they work together to get the job done, neat & yet fast... & they somehow magically conquer my bald edges, every time, well "Fanta" does... amazing!! Definitely worth the money... it's tight, but it doesn't hurt much, & it lasts!!!! Wish I had more pics to post from their previous work.

I asked for box braids. A lady here told me to come and they would do it. I got there around 6. I have natural 4c hair. They did not grip all my hair in the braid so hair protrudes from the braid. One lady cuts half of my hair out where the hair was protruding. Before she could finish cutting I ask to use the bathroom. I noticed some of the hair protruding. I said let’s see and when I walk out if the restroom I looked very upset, to which the lady cutting noticed my dismay. She did not complete cutting. I go home and tie up the hair afraid to look at it. When I do, I run my fingers at the braids that were cut and my hair is literally coming out in my hands. They other half is protruding out of the braid.

When I call to complain the owner yells at me. Says she’s not afraid and repeats that she has been in business 18 years. She calls me trouble. Although they finished in 4 hours. I paid 160 for short box braids. I get long braids and a messed up hairline and cut hair and hair protruding out of the braid. And yelled at. The owner I’m sure blocked my calls because I called several times after she hung up on me and I could not get through. I also could not send a text. Do not come here. They are very unprofessional.
