We were absolutely blown away by Anastasia and her team’s work for our wedding. I had a really hard time picking a florist, mostly because I had a difficult time verbalizing/visualizing what I even wanted let alone all the options that existed. I had a great first call with them and loved that the contract they sent me included a ton of visuals from the inspiration pictures we had discussed. I also loved that she sent me a picture of my bouquet the night before and was extremely receptive to the few things I wanted changed. For the price we paid, which I thought was very reasonable compared to other florists, I couldn’t believe how amazing everything looked and our guests complimented our flowers all night. I would 10000% recommend using them.

She's a true master of the craft and was so helpful in talking through what I envisioned and came back with different ideas and options. I had 8 bridesmaids and Anastasia was so helpful in coming up with ideas to repurpose their flowers into centerpieces and leverage the ceremony decor for the tables as well. 2) They were very accommodating to my unique needs. My friend and I had a wedding the same day and decided to share some of the florals. They thoughtfully and carefully helped navigate the logistics necessary to make this happen.

Northeast flowers provided great customer service along the way. When I first emailed Anastasia about the kind of flowers I was looking for, she turned around a proposal within just a couple days. She dealt with the tricky situation of me and my friend sharing flowers for our same day weddings. She was very accommodating in helping navigate the coordination and logistics necessary to make it happen, such as figuring out delivery time and making sure to provide flowers that would last through both of our weddings. She took an impressive amount of care to make sure her team provided exactly what we wanted, and they more than delivered. They even sent sample pictures the day before to make sure it was exactly what I wanted!

The quality of flowers given the price already makes Northeast flowers a fantastic florist. But their customer service on top of the quality of their product really sets them over the top.

I definitely plan to recommend Northeast flowers to any of my friends for their flower needs.
