I called on Monday (week of Thanksgiving) and spoke with Ms. Vicki about our situation. They were thorough, walked me through the process, and we were able to have a tech out the same day. Since we're in a manufactured home and the tech would be under the house, they made sure that the tech was familiar in this area. The tech, David, was great! Not only did he provide us with photos of the before, but he also walked us through what needed to be purchased to resolve the issue. He also cleared out wasps nests...we can't thank him enough! My grandmother was already making a list of things she wanted completed next. *nervous laugh* The price was reasonable given the circumstances and same day service. We have a reliable provider for future needs!

Personable and professional handyman, Jerry, did an excellent job of hanging my drapes. They were shipped in and parts were missing but he was able to come up with a backup plan that worked.
Recommended! I will use their services again.

The service was provided to our satisfaction but I was charged without being told what I was charged for. My credit card was charged without my approval. When I asked about being charged for a full day of labor when it took less than half the day I was told I was being charged based on how much time it was estimated to take before starting the job which doesn't make sense to me. My receipt for the work was "signed" when neither myself or my partner signed off that the work was done or that we approved of the charges. So I'm assuming this was just drawn on to finish the document. Will not be using this company again.

These folks did an awesome job. I had some difficult projects, one of which involved removing a door and replacing it with a window. Todd took care of the framing, sheetrock, and installation. Everything turned out perfectly. I love the finished product. Their office staff is super nice and helpful. They're responsive and punctual. Not much more to say - a great company that will take care of all kinds of projects.

Handyman came and looked at my 2 sink problems, fixed one of them in 30 seconds and then advised me on what kind of new kitchen faucet I need. He did not charge me and I will have him do the work on replacing my faucet so he will be paid then. His name is William Hill, and I highly recommend him as well as the Mr. Handyman site.

Marty from Mr. Handyman did such a fantastic job for us on our bump-out project. The craftsmanship was top notch, he was always on time and communicative, and was just a friendly guy to work with. Booking through the Neighborly app was such a huge convenience and offered transparent pricing for my estimate. 10/10!
