My husband and I were excited to see a Moncler store within Bloomingdale’s because where we live (Raleigh, NC), there are no retailers that carry it in-store and so it is a guessing game trying to figure out sizing online. We had no intention of replacing our existing Moncler coats but the two kind women working insisted that I try on different cuts of coats so that I could know my sizing - since future purchases would likely also be online. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel special, even though I was not purchasing anything that day. I did find one that I LOVED and instead of purchasing online, I will definitely call the store and do any future business with this specific Moncler store. Thank you!

For reference, my black ghany is a 4 and fits loosely (room for sweaters) and the pink bady (pictured) is a 2. It really depends on the cut of the coat (ie: fitted, tailored, oversized) and bust/shoulder width - Italian sizing runs snug.

I am having a very disappointing experience with the customer service at the Moncler store in Tysons Mall. I was initially told by the manager, Nicole, that my jacket would take 3-4 weeks to dry clean. However, after waiting for a month without any communication from the store, I was informed that the usual cleaning time is 6-8 weeks. This inconsistency in information was frustrating.

Despite being promised a follow-up by the manager, I haven’t heard back even after an additional month. My concerns were acknowledged by another employee who agreed that such a delay was unusual, but he mentioned that only the manager could resolve this. Unfortunately, there’s been no further communication.

The lack of transparency and accountability in this situation is disheartening. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store and will be looking to other Moncler locations for future purchases.

I want to express my appreciation and give a 5-star review for the customer service I received from my salesman Domani and the manager Nicole at this boutique. After requiring an exchange for a better fitting size, they located the correct style and size on the West Coast, had it shipped to Tyson's, and had it ready when I arrived. They kept me in the loop with messages, and aimed to please even though they were busy with many other customers. Highly recommend to anyone who values efficiency and professionalism in their retail choices.

I had a fabulous experience with DAMONI while shopping for a jacket. Despite the busy day and trying at least 10 different jackets, he maintained patience and wore a smile throughout. He gave me the time I needed to make a decision on which jacket I wanted. The excellent service provided by DAMONI is the reason I plan to return for more Moncler jacket. His professionalism and helpful demeanor made the shopping experience truly enjoyable.

I want to leave a comment here because I felt one star is not justified for this shop and the sales ladies who work there. My experience at this Moncler shop inside of Bloomingdales at Tysons was great. I had two sales ladies assisting me and they cannot be any more patient and helpful. When I told them my preferences, they took many styles from the back and let me try them on. They did give me their recommendations, including some black labeled jackets, but I did not feel forced at all. I even thought I could just walk out without feeling any stress. I bought the jackets I like and it was my decision at the end. Some downsides of this shop is that they don’t have all the sizes available, so they had to order the right size for me. Also, they said they offer free dry clean for the first two years, but both of my jackets are labeled as “do not try clean”, so you want to check the instruction on the jacket. Other than those, my experience was great. Good after sale follow up as well. Did I mention you get Bloomingdales points by shopping there as well?
