The kids are alright. I ordered a Tuscan Harvest and it was delicious! I’ve had one bad experience at this location before but gave them another shot. Pizza was exactly as ordered, hot and delicious. Thanks yall for making my night

I am so happy there is a Me N Ed’s in Riverstone! I ordered a large pepperoni, garlic, and mushroom pizza on Memorial Day and had a great experience. The pizza was just as good as always. The garlic and pepperoni could have been more evenly distributed as there were a few clumps, but it was still a good pizza. I walked to the location and arrived about 35 min after I made the order. Upon arrival, I waited about 30 seconds before someone came out with my pizza. The store was very busy and I was grateful that my pizza was done timely on a holiday. The cashier was friendly and the service overall was excellent. This location is take out or delivery only. Me n Ed’s is a Valley staple and I am glad there is one nearby now!

I don’t understand this place. We thought it was a mistake the first 2 times someone has gotten us pizza. There’s NEVER any sauce inside of it. It’s straight up cheese and dough or I call it cheese and cardboard. Like … you know there’s sauce in pizza right? This is 3rd time I was about to eat it brought by my husband. And it’s still again dry cardboard cheese. I had to use my own pasta sauce to make it better ‍♀️ but this is the last time buying here. They need to move locations and let Dominos come through ?

FIRST AND LAST TIME AT THIS LOCATION - RIVERSTONE MADERA

This location is take-out or delivery only. So you have to wait to get your order home to be livid about how AWFUL the "food" tastes and the $30 wasted for a subpar pizza and side salad.

The pizza (lrg BYO 3 toppings) was NASTY, DRY and overall inedible. It should have been a clue that they prioritize money over quality, when this location has the audacity to charge 10 cents for EACH packet of parmesan cheese or chile peppers!

The garden salad (pictures uploaded) was OLD. The lettuce and mushrooms were brown and wilted.

As expensive as eating out has become, you'd think businesses would focus on quality to keep customers returning. I could have had a better meal if I went to Dominoe's, Little Caesars, or the freezer section at a grocery store. I literally just threw $30 in the trash. Food was not consumable. Buyer beware!

Tried this place for the first time. Pizza was okay, the dough is kinda flavorless like no salt was added. Wings were really good. Cheesy garlic bread was yummy. But the service. That was amazing. I wish I had got her name, African American women. Order was ready in about 10 to 15 minutes. She brought it out to my car. Gave the extra ranch no problem and even brought back put paper plates for my kids could eat in the car. She even interacted with my kids as they yelled thank you to her. She went above and beyond and it's just been a long time since I've had service worth bragging about.

This place definitely needs new management and new workers. They need a lot of help when it comes to time management and delivering a product. I ordered from here a couple of times. Both times I called in an order and they gave me the usual 25 minute wait time. The first time I showed up in about 25 minutes and I had to wait there another 25 minutes to get my pizza. The second time, I ordered three pizzas. They told me it would be done in 25 minutes so I went in 30 minutes. When I got there only two pizzas were boxed and ready. The cashier went to go check where the third pizza was at, and they were barely putting the toppings on it. They asked if I wanted to wait 20 minutes for it to be done and of course I told them no. They did apologize and let me know that they will only charge me for two pizzas then.

Never ordering from here again. Took almost an hour for medium and a personal pizza. We had modifications on the combo that were completely ignored. Garlic knots were overcooked. While I waited I must of heard at least 10 F-bombs and constant shouting from across the store at eachother. There were 4 workers working when I came in at around 7:45 to pick up. Didn't leave until almost 8:15. No apologies or customer service. The guy that handed me the food literally just said here you go. Had to ask for the ranch I paid for. Trash experience with lazy workers.

Our server Emily was an absolute doll. She was attentive and caring (we had 12 people so not easy for her). Pizza was best Me&Ed's we have had in a while as they were not selfish with toppings. Reminds me of when I was a kid and they put full toppings on pizza. Great experience!
