Negozio bellissimo con varie installazioni dei personaggi line e dei BT21 dove fare foto. C’è anche una cabina per le fototessere! Pieno di oggetti veramente carini ma a mio parere eccessivamente costosi.

BT21 için gittim. Ürün çeşitliliği pek de yeterli gelmedi. Mağazada çok büyük bir alan var ama bence boş kalmış. Keşke daha fazla ürün getirselerdi. BTS üyelerinin el izlerine bayıldım. Ellerimizin arasındaki farkı görmek garip hissettirdi lol. Walk of fame üzerinde olduğu için karakterlerin yıldızlarını yapmaları sevimli olmuş. Mağaza aşırı boştu. Bu beni şaşırttı. Ve en yargıladığım şey de erken kapanması.... Böyle bir mağaza böyle bir konumdayken nasıl bu kadar erken kapanabilir.

Realmente es muy especial esta tienda toda la linea de BT21 es muy linda hay de todo los tamaños y precios en diferentes temporadas lastimosamente estaban agotados algunos cuando fui pero seguro regresare de nuevo . El personal muy amable por el area realmente el estacionamiento es muy caro y hay que buscar el las calles cercanas q difícilmente encuentras creo q es lo unico q no me gusto q la tienda deberia de tomar en cuenta para comodidad del cliente o por lo menos validar un bono para el parkin publico por unos minutos y asi compensar un parkeo q cuesta 30 dolares . Como hacen otras tiendas Me explico es mi opinion siendo q los productos son relativamente caros . Y bueno por otro lado el lugar esta muy bonito y decorado para poder tomar muchas fotos con tus personajes favoritos es muy emocionante en lo personal soy fanática de toda la colección de brawl star y me encantaría q la colección de personajes alcanzara todos los brawlers eso estaría estupendo .

The staff here are really kind and helpful! They're happy to answer any questions and even offered to take photos for me! Everything is organized and they restock items often. I've been here three times since it first opened and have had a good experience every time. If you ask the workers, they're able to give you extra bags with your purchase. I went on 9/21 and they had free bt21 stickers from the LY world tour!

Fun place & friendly staffs. A lot of selections for BTS . Cool place to take pictures too. Thank you to Noerell ( hope it’s right spelling) for giving a space for my mom to sit while we were shopping. That was a nice gesture.

The store is clean and well organized. Most of the staff are nice. I’m only giving it a two stars because for some reason, I went in today and when I needed help on something, this one tall worker girl with glasses and a ponytail turns around and immediately hides in the back. It really bothered me and threw me off.

Someone else had to help me and she was really lovely to me and the other customers in the store. She also had glasses on but had hair clips. I didn’t see the other coworker come out until a while later. But I think they should either hire more staff to help out in this large store or probably hire people who aren’t allergic to people like that one girl.

It was cool to see all of the BTS stuff that was there; however, the store needs to do a better job forecasting and restocking. We waited in line for about two hours, and when we got in the store, there just wasn’t much left, unfortunately. A positive was that we got to take pictures with the hand prints of the OT7. Hope World!

Right on Hollywood Boulevard across from the Chinese Theater, it was easy to get to. So much fun BTS merchandise inside along with photos with their characters. I overspent in here but it was well worth it. Another trip to visit is in the plans for sure.
