Jack was amazing. So super helpful. 4 days into the TMB, we were having some real problems. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with our equipment and find what we needed. A reasonable price, too. He is our hero!

My friend's bagged had a serious rip in it and we were halfway through the TMB. we went to every store in courmayeur and giacomo's was the best. he gave us no pressure but patiently explained the functions and benefits/disadvantages of each bag. whatever you need - you should come to this store!

Incredibly helpful and kind staff. A great place to rent e-bikes. Their bikes come equipped with maps, repair kits and are top of the line. My wife and I had an amazing time. This is a a family owned shop that is worth visiting. Cool stuff inside as well. Also see Jack, he’s a great helper!

We needed rain pants while on the Tour Mont Blanc. The gentleman working there helped us despite our lack of the French language. He gave us several options. From racing lightweight, to inexpensive and heavy. We picked the one that we believe will work. Best. The shoe selection was incredible. Then we bought a pair of running gloves. Again, incredible selection. Would definitely recommend this shop as a must visit if you nees to add or complete your running kit.

We went into this shop with no Italian language. Jack was helpful and informative speaking excellent English. He gave sensible advice to my wife who had bad blisters, advising which shoes would be best considering her sore feet. He took a lot of time to help her get the right shoes. First class service. Highly recommended

Having completed the TMB My wife is confident that without the new shoes - Saucony - she would not have completed the TMB. If you need help on TMB go to this shop. 😊

Service above and beyond. Came in with an almost broken boot lace in an odd-ish size (super thin due to abnormal shoe design). They found a new one that fit and even put it in my smelly hiking boot for the very modest price of 5 euro! High five!
