Very practical place to purchase bicycles, bicycle parts, and accessories. The staff work tirelessly to meet the needs of their community. My way of finding them was on accident. I popped a tube a block away and walked in for a replacement. They offered more help, but it’s cool to have a place to get parts without having to place a next day delivery order or wait on Amazon. Also I found the parts to be of high quality. I’m really impressed by even the simple difference the experience makes when riding with their products.

I’m so glad I ordered my new Kona Libre EL from huckleberry’s web site. Jonas the owner was very helpful and answered all my questions via email. The bike was packed very well in the box and was relatively easy to assemble except the dropper post that Jeff did a great job explaining me what to do over the phone. The next day after assembling the bike rode it for 35 miles at our annual local bike ride event. It was so much fun and the bike performed very well. I love my new bike and wanted to thank you again guys for all your help.

I approached them for a city bike right when they are about to close. They were accommodating and let me test drive a bike and when I said I am going to purchase , they went beyond their closing time to help me choose a right bike. They have a wide variety of bike although for my preferred size, they had just 1. They were super helpful in picking up accessories for the bike.

I chose a Kona city bike and it runs smooth and seamless.

I recently went in for my bent derailleur hanger from a hard fall. The main mechanic wasn't there when I went so one of other guys helped.
It took about 5-10 min bending back. And they asked me to pay $30 for the service. (It is more than their service repair list I wonder why?)
Unfortunately, it was not fixed right. I was riding next day and It wouldn't switch to lower gear on the uphill riding. I went back to the shop and the main mechanic fixed it this time after checking that it wasn't done right.
No one apologized that they wasted my time and I could have been in a very bad situation with gears didn't work right.
I spent almost 5k at this shop last 2 years and I used to recommend that place to every bicycle friends.. I regret doing so.

After Covid hit, buying a bicycle was nearly impossible without waiting a minimum of 12 months to special order and what the shops have in stock are limited in sizes. We contacted around 100 bike shops across the country and finally found Huckleberry Bicycles. The staff were extremely helpful and had the exact bike we were looking for coming within 6 weeks. It showed up exactly when it was supposed to. Huckleberry got the bike in exactly when they expected it. The built it and shipped it in a couple days. They did an AMAZING job packing it up. It showed up in perfect condition. We are extremely happy with the purchase and the help from Huckleberry Bicycles! Thank you Team Huckleberry!!

I wanted to visit an independent bike shop while in San Francisco. Really enjoyed the vibe at this store. The people are friendly and welcoming. Bought a hat and loved it. Great place to buy a bike.
