I had a terrible experience at this location (Cherry Creek Mall), specifically with the manager, Amber, described in other negative reviews as well.

I purchased one of the more expensive pairs of GG shoes this afternoon after asking to try a few pairs if any of them were available in my size. As I walked out of the store, I mentioned what a bummer it was that my favorite pair wasn't available in my size and was told by a different salesperson that they were, in fact, available in my size. I asked again if I could try them on and not only did I like them better, but they were much more comfortable. It also turned out that they were $261.14 cheaper!

Here is the kicker: I asked to exchange the shoes and was able to, but they would not refund the difference even though there were literally a few minutes between the original purchase and the exchange. I had not even left the store.

Amber raised her voice, used inappropriate words in front of my children, and did absolutely nothing to diffuse the situation, as a manager should. I was quite shocked and simply expect more from a high end retailer like GG. If you are going to buy GG shoes, I would recommend a different location.

Jazzmyn and Savannah were extremely helpful. I came in here looking for Birthday present for my cousin. I explained to them what type of stuff she was into and they helped me pick the perfect thing. When I surprised my cousin with her new shoes, she was BEYOND THRILLED! Thank you Golden Goose.

My recent visit to the Golden Goose store in Cherry Creek Mall wasn't ideal." Amber, described in other negative reviews below as "long, black, straight hair, approximately 5"2,

First, I know there are commission fees involved, but this is the only Golden Goose store that is very obvious about selling your products instead of offering good customer service.

Also, one thing I noticed about Amber is that when new customers come into the store, she scans them from hair to toes. It feels like she was checking who these people were. This shocked me; she described herself as a manager assistant, but where is the professionalism?

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, I recommend reading Google reviews. Pick the correct person to work with if you have to go to this location.

Tyler is extremely knowledgeable and gave amazing customer service as soon as I stepped foot into the store. Not only that, but he helped me to customize a pair of shoes for my boo as a gift. Needless to say she loved them and I will be coming back for his expertise and service.

NEVER AGAIN! Trust the reviews. This store is AWFUL. For $800 for a single pair of shoes, you would expect top-notch customer service. I am beyond horrified with the treatment I received today, August 4, 2022 at 4:15 PM from the women (long, black, straight hair, approximately 5”2”) working at the Cherry Creek location. She was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Luckily I was the only person in the store or I don’t think they would have helped me. Truly sickening. Wasn’t greeted nor told thank you for their business when I left. She also informed me that she went out of her way to ship my shoes back “to Italy” even though it explicitly says you can return online orders to a store for convince . I am beyond horrified at this experience and will never purchase another repair of golden gooses, but especially from this store. I have seen few people even visit this store in the past and now I realize why. I worked in customer service for many years before my corporate job and was never met with such unprofessionalism and utter disregard for customer longevity. Never again

Worst GG experience ever - stay away from this store! I own many pairs of Golden Goose, and have bought them all throughout Europe, but this store is the worst - both my soles ripped off my shoes after wearing them 30 times, and the store will do nothing to fix them - saying it’s normal wear and tare. I brought the shoes back into the store and Ambur, who claimed to be the manager, yelled at me saying it was my fault. If I’m paying $600 for a pair of shoes, I expect them to last more than 30 wears! Then I got in touch with another “manager” James, who ghosted me for a few weeks, and now is saying I need to pay for the repair. I own at least 25 pairs of GG. If this is how you treat your loyal customers, shame on you! Stay away from this store at all costs. Denver, you need to learn how to have proper customer service. New management is needed here!

Stay away from this brand! If the shoes don't fit or if there is something wrong you will not get your money back! I purchased a pair of shoes online for my husband. The shoes didn't fit so he tried exchanging them at the store. They wouldn't even let him exchange the shoes! On their website it used to say you can take them to the store for an exchange or a refund. That was a lie! The store reluctantly took the shoes back but didn't issue a refund claiming that they didn't have access to our payment info or purchase history. They said they'd ship the shoes back to Italy and once received we'd get our money back. It's so ridiculous! That wasn't even the end of it. A few days later DHL shows up at our door with the shoes. There was a letter saying the paperwork was wrong. The store shipped the shoes back but apparently there was something wrong with the customs form. I contacted PayPal and they didn't want to issue a refund since what Golden Goose does is technically not illegal. It's just really bad business practice. I've reported the company to the FTC. Especially because after I escalated the issue through PayPal they changed their return policy to match what happened with me. They are now stating you have to take the shoes to the store and they'll ship them back to Italy and then you may or may not get a refund depending on whether or not they think it meets their listed criteria. Stay far away from this brand! The shoes are not even good quality! I'm out $650 and stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit!
