Amazing experience today at Golden Goose! Both my boyfriend and I were so impressed with the selection of men’s and women’s shoes but were even more in awe of the amazing service! Both the sales representatives helping us were beyond kind and helpful, did not hesitate when we asked to try shoes in different sizes or colors, and were very knowledgeable on the different designs! Despite us being tourists in Charleston- Golden Goode has definitely gained some new customers and we would love to return! Definitely the best in-store shopping experience we had our whole time in Charleston! ?

I got a whole bunch of T-shirts and shoes and it was amazing. The customer service was really nice. The people were showing me Southern hospitality and the designer who designs the actual drawings on your shoes was a very nice and very kind person and was able to get my thing done in less than 30 minutes, which I really appreciated.

I just purchased mid stars and the sales associate was extremely kind, helpful, and patient with helping me make my decision on the shoe. I got them customized for my upcoming wedding with Meg. She is SOOOO talented, professional, and helpful. They both made the whole process so much fun and so special. I would highly recommend for fun wedding shoes!

Amazing experience in this store! First of all we love golden goose shoes! They are amazing! I have 3 pairs with no issues and they are so comfortable! The staff in this location is amazing!! Natalie, Meg and Blake made this such a great experience! Meg is such a talented designer for personalizing your Goldens! We all can’t wait to return. Thanks to everyone who made this us feel so welcome and we had so much fun!!!

Pretty cool store but after reading reviews, regarding quality of product and lack of solid return police, I opted to save the money. If quality improves or they ever decide to stand behind their products, I'll be up to give these a chance.

My daughter was so excited for her own pair of golden goose sneakers and had waited a year or more to be able to get some. They absolutely killed her feet and the leather tore after wearing them a few times. We lived over a couple hours away and was not able to get back within the fourteen days, and the lady in the store just seem to chalk it up as a lose. The cobbler can't help with comfort. So sad. Think twice before investing in these.

Amazing customer service! I was visiting from out of town and purchased 2 pairs of sneakers, ended up having an issue with a pair after I returned home and they were so wonderful in facilitating an exchange.
