Un bel negozio ma con poca musica (compact disc e vinili) e tanti gadget di vari artisti. Poster, tante maglie, ecc.

Lots of cool shirts and plenty of merchandise of music and movies.

Sadly the quality of the shirts isn’t that great, the fabric is so weak & thin that I can ripped a hole in it by moving my arm and pressing my finger onto it. My shirt ripped after I had it for only 8 days.
And compared to the price of €25 per shirt this is quite disappointing.

Though I hope the quality of the other merchandise is better.

The best Golden Discs I've been to in Ireland! Staff were friendly, great selection of plushes, dvds, decals, lamps and more! I got a South Park lamp, South Park decals, and a Powerpuff Girls poster! I'm very delighted with this store! Will be back next time!

Great vinyl options and great friendly staff, picked up this player over Xmas and it's amazing. The sound brings me back and actually sounds better then a cd! Physically holding the record feels better then putting on Spotify

Nothing too golden about this franchise let alone this playground for Crosley merchants, the experience I had to endure this morning at around 11:40 broke the Richter scale of agonising, so much so I had to book an appointment at the rage room in Kylemore for 6pm. I received a gift of two records for my birthday off a family member, Graceland by Paul Simon, and Ten by Peal Jam which I already own…off I go on my travels to the dungeon that is Golden Discs, Stephen’s Green, to return said record I already own…I’m in a rush to get the 46A to college so I’m prompt, I rummage around, find me a bargain and go up to the register to do the exchange. I was greeted with a grunt, to that I responded that I would like to make an exchange, boss man took the record and proceeded to perform some pre surgery analysis on the record to try catch me out on a number of different inconspicuous record behaviour like for example (A. Opened it and didn’t like it, B. Fondled with the sleeve so much so that it would deem unreturnable). He decided that it was answer B, in which then he called a manager and the manager took a glance at the record and gave the cashier a look that was the equivalent as to say “cop on and exchange the record, the man has to get the college and has listened to Jeremy enough times for him to return his original copy never mind the duplicate”.
Worst experience I’ve ever had in a store EVER, manager was very polite compared to the gombean that I encountered at the till.
Dare I add any store that has a description in which it tell its customers that they stock “trendy accessories” is always a red flag.
As you already know, dont support this franchise, support Spin Dizzy, Freebird, Tower and HMV.
