Great place to shop for off season shoes at very attractive prices. Space is rather small but plenty of shoes on display across big brands - from running, hiking, to trail and formal shoes as well. Literally all kinds of shoes are available but design, sizes and models depends on luck purely. Staff is polite and friendly. Don’t expect to find the latest designs here though!

Great staff! the young gentleman who worked upstairs was patient and helped me with finding my shoe size and picking out a couple of shoes I had my eyes on. The cashiers were also prompt and attentive. The lady with the Afro who was greeting customers was very kind and personable, we chatted for a bit. Made my stay in Nyc a wonderful experience. That's why I love coming to this city, it's because the people are friendly and fun!

First time at this store and wanted to just look at the selection of shoes. The sales associate who initially helped me was nice. There was a mentally unstable woman in the store who berated anyone who was 6ft away from her including me when I just wanted to look at a sneaker near her. She was shouting at me accusing me of following her so I was snarky back. The store associates did nothing to kick her out but instead, they watched my every move, followed me around instead and kept coming up to me to ask if I needed help when I was just literally looking at different shoes to shop for my upcoming trip abroad.

I saw some reviews about racial profiling and it made me wonder if they were doing that to me while this other mentally unwell woman was left alone to browse in peace. In terms of the shoes, most of their selections are not up to date. I’d pass on this store and go shop elsewhere instead. Not worth going in there with this type of experience.

Was surprised by the different types of footwear available here. I thought it was only sneakers or running shoes but they have dress shoes and other casual shoes. The prices are also reasonable and they have tons of discounts.

Black security guard was very racist towards my mom with an attitude wouldn’t recommend this store for Hispanics they will profile you and follow you around saying your stealing while my mom arm is literally broken ?
