Helpful crew. I had questions about leather jackets and Carlos and Matt were very helpful and knowledgeable about the technical stuff. My girlfriend and I bought jackets, boots, gloves, helmets etc. Anything we needed that wasn't on hand, was able to be ordered. I highly recommend stopping in and buying gear here.

If you are a two-wheel enthusiast, this is the place to visit, Quality accessories for motorcycle owners/ riders; you’ve got to check their merchandise. I’ve purchased my “TCX Street 3 Air,” shoes/boots and DAINESE had quite a selection to choose, and at a much better value than their competitors, including the online. Dainese owns TCX.. I had my pair of shoes shipped ?to the store from Europe, and it arrived/delivered in 3 days. The staff here are helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place.

Dainese was my first experience in the motorcycle world as a new rider and I couldn’t be happier I chose them. I went around noon and explained I’m a fresh rider and need protective gear that looks good and is high quality.

Aleks helped me with everything: very patiently explaining what certain things are, what difference materials make while riding, etc. He also understood what look I wanted and directed me to fitting style choices, making sure at every step that things fit correctly. I was going to buy a helmet here but none fit my head and nose correctly, and Aleks recommended another place to try and models to go for, not trying to sell me on their own brand.

Great experience, loving the quality of gear so far. You get what you pay for so don’t cheap out.

I recently visited Dainese to have my motorcycle checked for new products, but unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory. While the staff did look for a new helmet, they were noticeably rude and one said that they ran out of helmets. ARE YOU GUYS BLIND?! Due to the wideness of products, they were unable to get a reading but did not offer assistance in giving me a new helm. I had to call a friend to help with the removal, as the store policy apparently does not allow customers to use tools despite a sign indicating otherwise.

Furthermore, when I called for an update on the battery, the person I spoke with was also discourteous. Overall, the level of service I received was disappointing, and it seemed that the staff were not engaged in their roles.

Bought this Super Speed 3 a year ago during MotoGP weekend. First leather jacket I’ve owned and the second I’ve bought from the brand.

Over time I experienced a bit of a problem with the elbow plates, as the screws that were holding them were falling off. I contacted Dainese to see if they could help me out with repairing the jacket.

Carlos and Aleks were more than helpful as I explained the situation, and after I sent him photos of the issue, he managed to get me set up to send the jacket over to get it fixed. After a couple of weeks, they let me know the jacket got back to them and they sent it back to me right away.

I would like to thank them for going above and with helping me out with this issue. Also, it was nice meeting Carlos during this past MotoGP weekend.

Ralph and Carlos have been a massive source of knowledge and help. I am new to riding and didn't know what I needed / didn't need. They took a lot of time to explain things, make sure everything fit correctly and get me riding safely. The products are top tier as well. Quality, fit, and construction are superb. My closet definitely looks cooler. I'll be back to buy more for sure!

I purchased a helmet off agv that was too small instead of returning it online I noticed I could bring it here to return instead. I called ahead of time and they told me they could do the return so I drove 2 hours there and they processed the return no problems. My money was in my account the next day but while I was there they where able to give me info about finding the right size helmet and turns out I’ve been wearing my helmet 2-3x too big. Not only did I get a great deal on a k1 they shipped it to my house when the right size arrived at the store. I would say they had a great selection of not just black leather but multicolored leather also and I would visit them again. The manager Carlos sent me emails and kept me updated throughout the whole shipping period. Very pleased and happy my money wasn’t wasted on a helmet I couldn’t wear.
