Okay so let me preface this review by saying.... I love ice cream, it really is what it is at the end of the day.....not this place! Upon entering a floor covered in a thick fog... My date and I approached the counter and were greeted by the most friendly and knowledgeable employee at the establishment. !!Santos!! He led us through the process which isn't very hard, even if science wasn't your strong point, deciphering the menu. Which is a Periodic table of ingredients, So cool! He informed us that the process uses liquid nitrogen and how the temperature is so low and it freezes so fast that the crystals are miniscule in comparison to other methods used. We both made our minds up and we chose only for me to hear Santos talk about his off the menu creation, I was intrigued so I opted for it! Hands down best ice cream ever....the texture is so different it's almost like a gelato but completely different in a way as well. Go visit and ask for the Santos way! (I won't spoil the surprise of flavors so you have to go ?)

Not only was the ice cream the best we’ve ever had in the states, my husband thought it was as good as Italian gelato. We also enjoyed watching the employee that made the experience even more fun. He seemed passionate about his job (maybe it’s his store?). Wish it was closer to us!

This place is great! The ice cream is so smooth and creamy, watching them make it in front of you makes it a fun experience. I am excited to go back and try other combinations and flavors. It can get very busy but the (little) wait is definitely worth it. Will be back soon!

Enjoyed trying out this spot! It was my first time with Nitrogen chilled ice cream like this. I try local ice cream wherever I travel, and this ice cream was deliciously creamy! The mint + Kit Kat and strawberry + gummy bears were awesome!

Shout out to this place for supporting my niece and nephew’s school! We went on a fundraiser day, but this place seems pretty popular as an after-school treat for lots of local families anyways- so just a head’s up!

Want to have your ice cream made in front of your eyes? Want to pick any topic to be mixed in? This is the place to go! They take the ingredients and then mix them in a bowl and shoot liquor nitrogen in there to freeze it. The ice cream also tastes great, it's not just a gimmick. Can't wait to try the shake.
