I cam here with my fiancée to find cowboy boots for our wedding. They have a great selection with a variety of brands including high end crocodile boots. I find a great pair at a fair price and couldn't be happier. I also found a belt clipper made from Germanic silver that looked amazing and got that as well. The store has great selections for both men and woman, and they have accessories which are really fancy. For instance I bought my fiancée a wallet also made from Germanic silver. The staff was also helpful and very professional. Overall I highly recommend this location.

The moment I decided that I was going to Texas the first thing I thought of was getting a pair of boots. I don't remember his name, but one of the employees was kind enough to tell me the proper way men wear their boots. ?

The store is always clean, the displays are eye catching and the employees are always helpful and professional. The restrooms are clean and family friendly. I am only giving 4 stars because their prices (even sale prices) are so high! Compared to other stores with comparable merchandise their prices are consistently higher. The selection is always nice but the prices? Not so much.

Terrible customer service experience. We purchased boots and a belt for our 14 year old daughter and asked the cashier is there any warranty on the belt because of the many added accessories. The cashier asked another cashier who said there's nothing he can do if something were to fall off. Really? That's one of the worst answers I've ever heard. I asked for his name to which he refused to answer and the other cashier shrugged her shoulders saying she didn't know. The other cashier then said if it's within the 60 day warranty period, we could get a refund or replacement. That's all I wanted to know in the first place. I didn't hear the female cashier say she didn't know the male cashiers name, my wife mentioned it to me afterward. Had she told me before we paid, they would have lost the sale. Upper management should teach these two cashiers better people skills and especially customer service skills without an attitude.

5 stars ONLY when Johnny helps me. The rest aren't near as helpful, attentive, or patient. Johnny is the BEST. I hesitate to shop there when he isn't there. He knows exactly how to help and embodies customer service. The others could learn from him.

As a visitor from the UK to the lone star state I thought I should buy the appropriate headwear. The staff member who assisted me, dale, was knowledgeable and courteous and I came away a satisfied customer with a perfectly fitting Atwood Swenson at a very reasonable price.
