It is my first of what I hope to be many future stays at the beautiful Casale Delle Querce. I arrived two days ago as part of a three week solo adventure, continuing my search for the perfect place in Italy to relocate. Though I’m staying at one of the adorable two poolside apartments, the entire Casale Delle Querce property, especially the main house, is exquisite.
This is an ideal place to explore the beautiful small hill towns of Umbria. Hosts Alice and Alex are beyond responsive, kind, and have made the property and grounds a gorgeous and comfortable sight to behold.
As I write this, I’m sitting at a sun-filled table overlooking the pastoral landscape of Umbria, with the olive groves, oak trees (querce!), and vineyards all around.
The poolside apartment has everything one needs for a short stay, and I can only imagine how glorious this spot is during summer, when you can sit by the pool, swim, and enjoy la vita bella o la dolce vita ;).
So grateful to have found this spot, minutes by car to the adorable town of Giove, and convenient to so many other Umbrian villages. I would recommend Casale Delle Querce to all my clients, friends, and family!
Alice and Alex are the best, and while you for sure need a car, they are beyond accommodating in their contacts and recommendations for getting around, dining, and taking in all that the green heart of Italy has to offer.

This place is the perfect Italian getaway! Amazing location in the Umbrian hills close to many amazing hilltop towns. The accommodations are very clean and have everything needed for an amazing vacation. The swimming pool and views were the cherry on top. Our favorite part was the short walk to Giove for coffee, pastries, dinner, and drinks. The local people are amazing.

If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Italy, then this is the place for you! The house and accompanying apartments by the pool are perfect accommodations for family or friends and the panoramic views from the veranda are simply breathtaking! You will find plenty of tranquility while enjoying the sunsets or sharing a meal in one of the most beautiful places in the world. We absolutely loved our stay here and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I just spent 10 days at Casale Della Querce and it was amazing. The villa’s central location was perfectly located to support our daily exploration of Italy. The pool and expansive patio provided hours of relaxation and played host for evening meals while watching the sunset over the mountains. Highly recommended!

Casale Delle Querce is beautiful! We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of space for everyone. We all really enjoyed the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds very comfortable. The grounds and scenery are amazing. We’ll definitely be back!
