I’m glad I didn’t let a few bad reviews stop me from shopping , you can’t always go by that cause my own personal experience was wonderful from the good customer service to processing my order quickly. I even had to exchange the large that I purchased for a medium and once again the customer service was excellent , I was given a lot of information about the product itself and they made sure I got the medium sized jacket which ended up fitting perfect for me .. the merchandise/ customer service will def have me making future purchases !

TERRIBLE customer service if you can call it that, they don't respond to emails or the chat setup on their website. When you call the store they got some young punks working in there that just wanna argue and call you "bro" 0 professionalism !!!

I should've read the reviews before I made a purchase with Capsule NYC. HUGE COSTLY MISTAKE!
I ordered the Just Don Atlanta Braves shorts online. They sent me Chicago Bulls shorts, which is clearly the incorrect item. I sent them numerous emails to report the issue. Not only don't they respond to emails in a timely manner, but I had to call them everyday just so they would acknowledge my complaint. As if answering emails is not a priority to them. They have a Romper Room Customer Service. When they finally responded, they sent me a return label to ship the incorrect item back, which I did. Now they claim that they shipped the correct item, have video to prove it & the incorrect item I sent back was not from them. Complete BULLSHIT!!!! Why did they send me a return label if they insisted that they had a video of the correct item being packaged? Doesn't make any sense! I even asked them to provide me with the video -- which they never did. They sent me the wrong item, but refuse to accept responsibility & are trying to put the blame on me, claiming anything just not to refund or credit this incorrect order. And here's the icing on the cake -- I asked these degenerates to even send back the Chicago Bulls shorts so I can try to sell it to recoup some of the money I lost, but never got a response back from them! CapsuleNYC clearly scammed me - they sent me the wrong item which I sent back, they never sent me the correct item, and they kept my $216. Had I read their customer reviews prior to making my purchase, I would have understood the incompetence this business exhibits & I would've completely steered clear from them. I'm a business owner myself & would never treat any customer the way these idiots treated me!
I advise everyone to save yourselves the aggravation/frustration & stay away from this shady & poor excuse of a business & by all means take your business elsewhere!
This pitiful business deserves negative 5 stars.

TLDR: 7 day return policy is a joke. They just want to take your money, don’t shop here. They don’t even have real customer service. You’re gonna have to go back and forth on emails and who wants to do that?

I usually don’t write reviews. In fact this is my first review on Google. I made big purchase with Capsule and I wanted to return a couple of items and unfortunately I was out of town and wasn’t able to adhere to their strict return policy of 7 days written in the fine print. They ended up giving me a gift card with the cost of the items minus shipping and additional fees (how much more frugal can you get?). Now I have a gift card with a bunch of money, most of their items are sold out and it’s a mess. Worst customer experience ever. I’m surprised the gift card doesn’t expire, that’s the only good thing about this situation. Scammers
