I feel like there could have been more merchandise here pertaining to boards. They did have a decent selection of goggles though! The worker there was very chill we spoke for a while he seemed very knowledgeable on the area!

Great staff (I'm horrible with names, but all the staff was awesome). Customer service was great over the phone as the staff helped me narrow down the right gear for my first purchase. Staff was great when I got into town, and they walked me through 1st time setup. Staff was great again when my friend arrived in town and picked up their rental gear.

Every single member of the staff was knowledgeable and friendly throughout the whole process.

Matt was exceptional in his willingness and ability to help me with an equipment challenge I experienced while snowboarding at Breck today. He was able to replace a footpad and guide me to the right settings moving forward with my step on bindings.

I had nothing but an amazing experience here. Everyone there is very easy to talk to and engaging. Cody helped me pick out my boots and bindings, he answered all the questions I had and I’m very happy with what I got! Color was important to me and he was very patient and made sure to take that into consideration too. I highly recommend visiting!

My short experience: entered, bought new brand step on, photon boots plus bindings (not too cheap i’d say) till here great experience BUT some weird error of fabric make them uncomfortable to ride, basically i have chattering and little clicks on both feet while riding. Conclusion: i bought them they don’t work as they should and they can’t do anything to help me

My boyfriend was SO excited to check out the Step Ins now that they are at their third generation. Stephen took such good care of us. He really took the time to answer all of our questions and he was a joy to work with. Stephen went above and beyond and we deeply appreciate his elevated level of customer service. Walked in at 6:40ish PM today (3/19). At first, we didn’t see an employee, then finally long hair blonde dude employee showed up with his phone in his hand but didn’t bother to acknowledge us, my friend eventually said hi and he said hi back to her. Lazy employee went back behind the counter and continued to be on his phone the entire time, it was one of the most unwelcome retail experiences ever. Customers would expect a little more customer service in a tourist town like Breckenridge. Went to N Face across the street and it was completely different, visitors definitely have better places to spend their money.
