Awful customer service. I ordered sneakers in May. They showed 'in stock' in the web site. I never received any communication that they were not in stock. I reached out for an update. I was told they would be in stock by a certain date. That date came and went. I had to continue to communicate and was told I could not cancel the order unless I wanted a credit. I am leaving town for an extended period. The sneakers will arrive after that date. They did not even the courtesy to overnight the sneakers when they did come in stock. I had to again reach out and request for an expedited shipment. Really poor service ....
