I was helped immediately when I walked in the door. The salesman was extremely efficient, very thorough and quick enough for my schedule. He discussed my options thoroughly based on my needs and he understood what I wanted based on my needs. He wasn't pushy. He explained all the details about my account and the fees very efficiently and seemed to know about everything extremely well. I would highly recommend this AT&T location to anyone for any of their needs. I will certainly return to this location in the future. Thank you for the excellent experience.

Jay was amazing today and helped us from top to bottom with our new phone plans, new iPhone upgrades and making sure my account was on auto pay when I had zero idea. I’ve always had great customer service here and I will forever be coming to this location.

I go to the location on Okeechobee and 95 Everytime. Junior Victoria helps me every single time with whatever I need, went other stores and they're always too lazy to help me. He's very nice great man customer service.

We walked into the store and were greeted immediately by Gian! I was there to buy a phone for my Nurse for her birthday, and he arranged everything within minutes and started the transfer of her old phone to the new phone and within an hour everything was taken care of! I would say he must be one of your "STAR EMPLOYEES"!!!

A gentleman named Jay Margolin .. probably the most helpful associate I've ever had at AT&T. Ive thought many times based on my experience in many stores to cancel contracts with AT&T. My experience with Jay will make me come back to the Okeechobee store and stay with AT&T. Give the man a raise .

I visited the store with my grandmother whom was seeking to upgrade my daughter’s iPhone because of water damage. The sales representative Jay was horrible and I didn’t appreciate the way he treated my grandmother. I told him we want to upgrade my daughter to an iPhone 15 and he kept trying to force my grandmother to replace it with a $200 refurbished iPhone that he lied about it being mailed out to her BRAND NEW !!! He knew that I knew all the tricks they do to customers so he used my autistic baby as a way to get me away from the table leaving my grandmother alone with him by asking another team member to put on cartoons on the television and for me to sit there with my baby, he kept insisting that I take my baby so she would be more comfortable, which was so weird. In the next 10 minutes my grandmother said ok let’s go he’s sending a brand new iPhone replacement in the mail. I told him to upgrade the phone, he did what he wanted and when I asked for a summary he looked like a dear in headlights. He was talking over me and whispering to the other sales representatives. I told him to cancel it and asked why did he do it? Jay had no response except for a a snappy comment about me calling myself to ask them to stop the shipment. He gave my grandmother the phone and told her to follow the prompts. He completely took advantage of the elderly and was rude. Once I left that table he told her the phone was brand new and it was “ better” I was told there was nothing they could do but for me to wait until the phone arrives and to ship it back with the return label and then I won’t be charged $200. Jay left the sales room floor once he seen me get upset and asked for a supervisor. The issue was not resolved and we left. He hid in the back until we pulled off because he knew what he had done was out of line and wrong. I would never return to that location or recommend.

Jay did an AMAZING job clean in up the mess from various reps namely the business department. He was able to get my phone back working and is super knowledgeable. A true gem. He saves the account.

Yamile knows exactly what she is doing extremely very polite and patient with me I’m a senior citizen and is not that easy but she has lots of patience and knowledge to transmite to others with people like her we shouldn’t have any problems with our phones thank you so much I’m thankful for her too ?
