Great shop with lots of inventory. A little something for everyone. Has true antiques and vintage items. Really great selection, and family owned and operated which is always a plus in my eyes.

I rarely write reviews unless something is so outstanding, it needs to be shared. Antiques of south Windermere and its sister store 17 South Antiques, are truly the best antique shops in the Charleston area, actually in my experience, anywhere! I have been shopping for antiques, as a collector and an interior designer, for over 30 years. I have not come across a shop with such interesting, and diverse inventory. There is quite literally something for everyone, and I find the prices to be very fair. In addition to the amazing merchandise( I rarely leave without something!) I have to mention the most important aspect of these shops; they are family run by the most wonderful family. Unlike many shops,EVERYONE is always made to feel completely welcome! No pressure, no judgement, and honest advice. Molly, William, Judy and Will, are why both the waiting list for dealers to join the shops is years long, and why the same customers have have been returning for over 20 years!

Loved a few unique items inside, however mostly expensive price tags for more run of the mill items. I greatly enjoyed this chandelier (oddly reminds me of The Wizard of Oz)

Whenever my husband and I go into either of the antique store locations we know will find something unique and beautiful. Prices are fair and the sales associates are always willing to call a dealer for the best prices. Everyone is knowledgeable and eager to help should you have questions.

Cute and friendly. The store has several divided areas for different sellers to display their items, which at times can be a little confusing. It's also a bit difficult when discussing pricing because the woman who works there has to contact the sellers if you have questions or want to negotiate and she is not always able to reach them. However, there are quite a few nice size pieces for sale. You won't just find little trinkets but full sized furniture, art work, lighting, etc. Another positive is that they have weeded out all of the "thrift shop" type items and only display quality antiques. I would consider it worth stopping by if you're in the area. I have shopped their several times.

This store and its sister store, 17 South Antiques, are stocked full of beautiful high quality items for all tastes. Lots of variety with excellent pricing. The owner and staff are very helpful, kind and professional.

This is a real candy store. The deals vary from vendor to vendor but all of the merchandise is top notch and the personnel knowledgeable & friendly. It's best to go and just look for something beautiful. You'll find it's very difficult to walk out empty handed...and it's equally difficult to pass the doorway and not turn in.
