I learned that Golden Goose® products are all hand crafted and hand made. I found a few clothing items and racks and racks of shoes. The patient, kind clerk explained that they hand make everything. I wondered about that because I find that all clothing and shoes are made by someone, somewhere. The shoes are beyond my budget but I enjoyed the tour.

I took my daughter to shop for her first pair of Golden Goose and it was such a wonderful experience!! We walked in and were greeted by Allison and she made my daughter’s shopping experience so very special!! She took time to get to know both of us and was so patient and helpful through the entire shopping experience! She was so much fun!! She let her try on so many different pairs of shoes until she found the perfect pair! She even picked her out an entire outfit just so she could try on different shoes to see what they looked like with different styles! It was such a fun experience and one we will never forget!! You should definitely go shop with Allison!! She is the best!!

What an amazing experience buying my very first pair of Golden Goose sneakers! From entering the store, to picking the right fit and size, to trying them on, to checking out, I had the best time. I have to thank Jeffery Charles for that. He is the kindest person I have yet to meet. He made sure to take his time and make this experience one I would never forget. We need more people like him. He was very patient with me and was actually excited about helping me get my very first pair. I will be forever grateful.

Jaylen, and the entire staff are very helpful. Every time I have been to the store my experince has been beyond amazing. The staff is so helpful, kind, and compassionate. I will definitely be shopping here again. I would 100% recommend taking a look at the store. This store is packed full of hard to find high quality items.

$650 Sneakers stitching noticeably unraveling and bottom rubber trim separating from the soles after three months of purchase. So I walked back into the store after three months of purchasing the shoes to show the sales associate the shoes and the problems. I showed them several locations on both pairs of shoes the issue. I said, I understand the distress look but I told them they are literally falling apart. Then the sale associate replied back saying, “I understand, these high end luxury shoes shouldn’t be falling apart like this and currently we do not have a store manager at this point, unfortunately your not the only person this is happening too but Golden Goose doesn’t have a policy regarding your issue at this time. Your best luck is to find a local shoe repair place to fix the shoes. We are not responsible for the cost for fixing/repairing the shoes or exchange them. That store has horrible customer service and communication. This will be my first and last time buying a pair of Golden Goose shoe since that store stated Golden Goose doesn’t have any policy for their high end Luxury merchandise.

I went to the mall yesterday, specifically for a pair of Ball Stars for my daughter. I walked into the Golden Goose Boutique and I was greeted by Jeffrey, he was kind, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I shared with him my concern about the quality of the craftsmanship and he reassured me, with a little care, they will last for quite some time. They make my daughter happy and that’s priceless!! It was a great experience!!! Thank you Jeffrey!!
