Bottom Line: I will never use anyone else for any of my RV repairs. Jay is, and should be, your last stop!

This is the second time I needed Jay. The first time, we were camping and the awning woouldnt retract. Jay explained what he could/would do and emergency retreact, which I knew how to do. He advised that, if I could do it, then save the cash and DIY it. He could have totally pinched me for a couple hundred, but just gave great advice instead; I like that level of honesty in the service industry and one hardly ever finds it.

Last week, as we were planning on pulling the camper out again the slide out misfired. I found Jay in my contacts and he talked me through some things and set me up an appointment in 2 days and made some calls to ensure we had the harness we needed in time. He showed up on time and conducted an inspection to ensure he diagnosed the problem correctly - a short in the harness. Then he took some time to teach me how to operate the slide in an emergency should this happen on a trip. Again, if this were to happen on a trip, he could totally charge a few hundred to do an emergency retract; he chose to “teach a a man to fish” instead of selling me fish. In any case, he ran the harness very quickly and it looks as though it came straight from the factory.

These days, to get trailer maintenance done, most shops are two weeks out. Both time I called Jay he was able to do my service within 48 hours. He also does warranty work and will work with you to get it done - which is very helpful.

I’ve only had an RV for a couple of years, but this business, from sales to maintenance, seems full of people who are looking to take advantage of you and do shoddy work. It frustrates me to no end. Jay is the real deal. He will fix your issue quickly, professionally, and in a reasonable amount of time.

Jay responded to my call on Fri, had me send a picture of problem, he came to my rv spot Sat and fixed my rv. Jay was personable, professional, and kept area clean.

Jay seemed like a nice guy. I needed help with the electrical on my new small camping trailer. He was not "comfortable" with the electrical and said he wanted a friend to assist him. He said they could do the job in the next 2-3 days. From that point, complete radio silence. He did not return any voicemails or text messages, just completely ghosted me. So disappointed. Stay away!

He is a great technician that will exceed your expectations. When he came down to provide service to me at campland. He witnessed another camper get his camper stuck while trying to back into his slot. Jay to the rescue, Not only did he get the trailer unhitched and into its slot He kept the owner from ripping off the top of his RV. He saved the 4th of July

We are a family of 4 who full-time in our travel trailer and our water heater stopped working on a Friday. I called 5 different mobile RV repairs and only 2 responded within the noted 24 hours of my call, one being Jay (the other didn't have any availability for over 2 weeks out and the others never called back). He spoke with my husband to help troubleshoot the problem and to save us some money, and followed up with us to see if he was able to fix it and let us know to call/text anytime if we had additional questions. We at least got the electrical working with a quick, inexpensive fix!

Jay was super quick to come out and evaluate the RV which need a new AC unit. He charged us and said that he would be out the following week. After a few weeks he said it backordered and then I we never heard from him again. Had to ask the credit card company to refund our money since he completely fell off the planet. All attempts to call and text him for an update were ignored.

Jay was very professional. He came out to Camp Pendleton, to us, and was able to quickly repair electrical issues we had. He was transparent in explaining the issue and what he was doing to repair it. 10/10 will recommend to anyone needing assistance with their RV.

Jay was very responsive to our request to fix the leak coming from the air conditioner. He knew right away what the problem was and he was able to fix it quickly! He also was very accomodating by showing me what the cause of the problem was and what to do in case it occurs again! I highly recommend Jay for your needed RV repair! Great guy too!
