It's the $1.25 Tree. Which is still a major savings. The staff is pretty efficient and helpful. The store is clean and they stock it well. You can order on line to be picked up. That's nice. They have alot of upper end skin care, make up, and over the counter health aids. If you compare price when you shop then you will find this store is consistent when it comes to what they carry, and that it is a worthy resource for saving money.

Customers were walking up the John's register and he turned the light off. When the Customers started taking their items out he said the light if off very rudely. The other register person Don was helping a customer and believed an item was on sale, so he asked if they would like that instead. John yell no. Don turned around and said isn't that whole box of items on sale and those items are in it. John proceed to say don't worry about it keep moving you have a line and I have other things to do. I'm not sure if john is a manger but that is no way to treat an employee or other coworkers especially with a whole line of customers

I blame the District manager for the lack of product in the store. Went in Sunday to buy a few things, they had NOTHING I needed, came in again Wednesday, still nothing!!! The DM came in over a year ago and did some wonderful things but "outta sight, outta mind" .....I don't think she's been back because it's been terrible!!! The staff is great, but they are ALWAYS busy & NEVER have enough help. The store seems to ALWAYS be out of many staples.. t.p, paper towels, dog food, mayo, sanitizing wipes, foil....it's ridiculous. We are a small town and don't have many choices so many of us depend on the Dollar Tree!!! Step it up!!!! Not to mention, the craft area has gone down since the DMs last visit!!! We're paying the higher prices, now make it worth it!!........ UPDATE: Here we are over a year later and it's now just as bad. After my last review, the DM came in and fixed it up for a couple of months, but, again, we were forgotten. I shouldn't have to drive over an hour to go to Fresno to find a decent Dollar Tree!!! I see people all over the internet showing wonderful new things that the Dollar Tree is carrying that we NEVER see or see once and NEVER again!!! Many of the employees we enjoyed interacting with are no longer there because of the TERRIBLE work conditions!!! We are an EXTREMELY busy store and usually only have one checkstand open for a line that goes across all isn't the whole store!!! What do we have to do out here to get some decent service!!!! You certainly don't mind taking all the money we spend there, how about making it worth our time to continue giving you our business Maybe instead of harassing the workers you light a fire under the DM and get some merchandise in the store that we can actually use!!! Things are so much worse in the summer because we are a huge "tourist" town, and have 2-3 times the usually foot traffic!!! !! We support you, now please reciprocate!!!!!

Manager didn’t let me exchange merchandise unless it was for the exact same items. Store policy is you can exchange items for the same/lesser value or store credit. I came to hike Yosemite and bought a couple too many containers, he didn’t even look in the bag to see what I was exchanging or how old was the receipt.. 3 days. Store was decently stocked.
