After standing in line for about 5 minutes, and not getting any kind of acknowledgement that I was there, I finally asked the 2 girls ignoring me and blowing up balloons how long the wait would be on balloons. One of the girls looked at me and thought about her answer before replying to which she finally said "2 hours". I could definitely tell they didn't want to help me so I left. I had planned on buying a hefty amount of balloons because we had a trunk or treat event that evening and I come to this location a lot but this pissed me off. Not only was I blatantly ignored but I was also lied to. She didn't know how many I needed or what type AND didn't even try to see what I needed or what she could help me with. I'll drive past this location to another now because of this girl. She was horrible.

This place has no sense of urgency when coming to pick up items ordered ahead of time. I almost always schedule my pick ups ahead of time and have never waited any less than 25 minutes to get it.. Also there isn’t a huge variety here for the store to be so big..

This store was amazing helpful during a busy Saturday. We left another Partyvcity because they us an order won’t be ready until 1:00pm. It was around 10:00am and we were trying to celebrate our baby who turned one month and three pounds today . So, thank you all staff at store for kindness and allowing to bless our beautiful baby at Cooks Children Hospital on her day.

Great customer service! The ladies always have helped quickly, too. I have had some last-minute ballon needs and they have been able to assist quickly and not miss a beat.

Horrendous customer service, everyone is lazy and no one works. I tried to return unused, unopened, party decorations from my kids bday party twice, first time they wouldn’t let me return because I didn’t have the credit card used to make the purchase, because it was my husband’s card and I obviously don’t carry it on me. The second time I tried to return I was returning ON the 30th day and they would not take back because she told me I was not within the 30 day return window - no joke! I’m a mom with a full time job who doesn’t have the time to make a special trip for returns any day of the week. Hope my kids are still into the same characters for their bday parties next year. We will never be purchasing from Party City again. Amazon all the way ✌?

Went in to get supplies for a Harry Potter marathon at my place. Man did they come through!!! I ended up leaving with way more than I expected ?
