Great place for true deals however there are no returns at this location what so ever even if you purchased online no returning your items here. For shopping I highly recommend but you must be a true hunter!

The so called manager Byron refused to offer the military discount after showing him my military tags. Byron was unprofessional, he has a miserable attitude. Even the other customers were shaking thier heads at him because he was talking disrespectful. I'm not sure if he just didn't want to be at work but he definitely has no qualities of a professional manager. We will not be returning to this location.

This place has really gone downhill ever since they changed to a clearance store. It used to be so organized and friendly. Now it was very difficult to find items and nothing was in the right location. The prices are still the same so it’s not really worth it. Customer service wasn’t there. The employees I did interact with were ok but nothing good. I’d rather try to find the item myself than ask for help. Overall it’s not the best to shop but if you have tons of time to scavenge for a deal then go to this Nike, otherwise I’d suggest going to Dallas to the Nike town there.

I came to the nike store in Grapevine Mills Mall, and the employee Hedi slammed the clothes against me because we were trying to separate the two bags of clothing.
We gave her the first bag of clothes and we were going to give her the second bag and she started screaming at us. Saying we were taking too long, when in the first place I was pulling the clothes out of the bag for her. On top of that, I asked for the manager because I had never been screamed that way at a nike store. Furthermore, I was not going to spend 700$ because that is what I counted that I was going to pay for. For an employee to throw my clothes to the floor, screaming at my face in front of everyone and the male manager with pink hair didn't do anything to stop her. I am beyond embarrassed and don't feel comfortable shopping at Nike anymore. Her name is Hedi, and she works at the Nike located at Grapevine Mills.

absolutely amazing experience especially if you have a larger foot like myself as someone who has a size 15 it is troublesome for me to find shoes, but I can consistently come to this outlet with more options than I’ve ever had anywhere else. The entire back wall is devoted to size 13 and up.

Prices are better than stores and on line . Bought a pair of Nike tennie shoes. 39.99 online they were asking up to 90 for them. That should tell you good prices. Also a pair of sweats asking 24.99 online 60

Although the store is big and appears to have lots of inventory in the shoe department, that is a bit deceiving. The store is organized by shoe size. In my shoe size there were not a lot of selection but a lot of repeats of shows that were undesirable. The store is well organized. There are not a lot of places to try shoes on. There are about 5 very small tables to try shoes on spread through out the area. There is a good selection of apparel. There are shoes for kids as well. The prices are fair. They allow military discount.
