This shop is terrible. All people but especially Black women should stop frequenting this shop because we deserve better. It is dirty, outdated and the staff is extremely rude. The work is terrible. There’s only 4-5 workers and the outcomes vary. If you have a problem they will make it absolutely difficult for you to get it fixed. I don’t know how they are still open after years of operating like this.

I went here in 2019 and swore I would never return after my nails were misshapen, but I returned late Saturday night in a rush for a fill in. The shop is dirty/dusty, no soap in the bathroom, and in need of an update. My main issue is Sau made a mistake on my nails and I told him to correct it please; he finished them and I told him that the mistake was blatant. He became rude, rough and when I was speaking to the woman next to me yelled at me to, 'STOP TALKING! DON'T TALK!". I was angry because why yell at me, I had to BEG the shop owner to get me out his chair and someone else to do my nails. Terrible experience and won't be returning.

Tommy did a really great job on my nails! I told him what i wanted and he worked his magic.
Plus there wasn't a wait.

I went in on Sunday, the guy with the tattoos did my no chip manicure and it was the worst experience ever with getting my nails done. He dug into my skin to the point my cuticles bled, I told him he was being a little too rough and I was ignored. All of my nails are cut uneven and my cuticles are sore to the touch 2 days later and they’re snagging everything. Not to mention how unsanitary he was and how uncaring he was. My nails are horrific and I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I will not support this business ever again. Highly disappointed

Walk-in only nail salon; I wouldn't expect amazing designs but they do excellent clean up work and nail care for a good price. The nail color charts aren't accurate, be careful! But the nail tech was very nice to change the colors for me midway through with no extra charge. Good for emergency nail care!

My nails don't match! The color that I requested is totally different of what I wanted. The Gel overlay color also did not match. My regular nail tech there who does a good job is on vacation. Need him back! Pedicure lady had an attitude about taking another customer that walked in the door...... DO BETTER!!
