Scammed my mom and only wants money. My mom had a root canal extraction and a crown made for her tooth. My mom ask about medical coverage on the root canal and they say it won't cover when before medical did cover for the root canal. So she paid for both the root canal and crown.

It was in 2021 in July right before she had to leave out of town, the wife said they'll contact medical again for the coverage, went to the back and discuss (probably didn't even contact medical) and then the husband came and said it doesn't cover so she'll have to pay for it. Made her pay cash. They didn't accept check or other forms of payment only cash. At first said it was $2,300, then my mom was saying she didn't have that much and negotiate for $2,000. It was the day before she had to leave and didn't know who else to make appointment with so she did it because she was in pain. Shady business, heard a lot of people quit working there. Don't know how they are nowadays, but would not go there.

I love their services. Bao is one of the best dental hygienists, and dr. Kao vang is by far one of the best doctors around. Keep up the great work cause I wouldn't go anywhere else but here

Grew up to them cleaning my teeth, very good I’d say. When it comes to braces, I don’t recommend this place. They don’t seem to care. Whenever there was something wrong with my braces, they’d tell me to go in, but they don’t do anything and always tell me to wait until my appointment with them. Went in today and they tied my braces with wires instead of rubber bands. It seems like the doctor is always in a rush.

I had an awful experience here with one of the dentist's staff. She was the person I saw before seeing the dentist, it was an older Hmong lady. She made me feel awful, embarrassed, and ashamed. She sigh, roll her eyes, and also made rude comments to me while looking at my teeth. She was telling me that I need a deep clean, before seeing the dentist. I went in for a clean up, and the dentist didn't do any of that. All they did was just an x-ray my teeth and prescribe me some medication. The dentist then told me to be on my way, and that he will see me again if I decide to get a deep clean. I was quoted $850 for a deep clean, stay away, this place only wants money!

Their service has gone down especially with medical billing and i do feel like they overcharge now and started being a shady business now. I found a new dentist and wont be going back.

Felt too rushed. Poor service. Waste of time and now he recommends I need unnecessary service. ? This is not my first encounter, but third. I'd just thought maybe I needed to give them a chance but, no. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Pretty good. Like really good. Although pricy they have their own family to provide. If you switched dentists or something bad happened you probably did something they told you not to do and ruin your teeth.
