The store didn't have much selection.
The staff that gave us the shoes was friendly and efficient, but the cashier didn't respond to any of our questions in english and just told us to pay.
At the end he acted friendly with a thank you. The store is tax free.

Located close to Shibuya station and Shibuya 109, this floor has 3 levels. The basement is the center of the action with an outlet store with cheaper shoes and shirts. Unfortunately they don't have much sports shirts, more cotton shirts. For shoes, they have nike, adidas, vans, saucony and other brands available.

ずっとサンダルが欲しかったので、ネットで場所を検索して、品揃えが多そうなこの店舗を訪問しました。

思ったほど品揃えは多くなかったのですが、それでも売れ筋商品は一通りあり、丁度よい感じの店舗でした。

一通りお店の中を見て、サンダル選びに悩んでいたら、試してみますか？と男性の店員さんから声をかけていただきました。

とても感じの良い方で、サンダルの特徴や、私の好みを聞いて、他のものも何点か候補に選んでくださり、試し履きをしました。

私は外反母趾など足に問題を抱えているので、靴選びがとても難しいのですが、時間をかけて両足の靴を試し履きさせてくださったり、とても感謝しています。

店員さんがとても感じが良かったので、買う必要はなかったのですが、運動靴も一足選んでいただきました。

外反母趾の足にも負担にならないメーカーの靴があり、それを購入。

運の良い事に、サンダル➕もう一点購入すると、サンダルの代金が10パーセント引きになるセールをやっていたので、とても得をしました。

他の店員さんもいらっしゃいましたが、私はこの店員だったから二足購入したんだと自分で思います。

あと、この店舗、場所柄か外国人のお客様がめちゃくちゃ多かったのですが、この店員さん、きちんと英語で感じよく接客されていました。

さすがですね。

また靴が欲しくなったら、電車に乗ってでもこの店舗に行きたいと思っています。

既にクチコミに散々書かれていますがB1の女性店員の方の接客がかなり酷いです。
男なのですがウィメンズのシューズで気になったものがあって、一応自分のサイズがあるか聞いたところ、「は、それレディースですけど」と一蹴されました。その後も「それは分かってるんですけど、一応サイズの確認を…」と丁寧に聞いたら「25までしかない」とバッサリ切られました。腑に落ちなくて後で公式サイトで調べてみたらちゃんと自分のサイズもありました。
態度も悪い上に知識もない。なぜ今まで店員としてやってこれたんだろう。
もう二度と行きません。

Today, September 30, 24, around 3:00 p.m., our family went to this store to buy shoes. The treatment of the male shop assistant, who was a bit older and fatter and was wearing a mask, was very rude (I didn't expect Japanese people to be this rude). On average, Japanese people are very friendly and have manners.

When my husband was choosing shoes on the 2nd floor, and my teenage was choosing shoes on the 1st floor. I myself was choosing women's shoes on the 1st floor.

The employee, who was a bit older and fatter and was wearing a mask, told my youngest child, who was 6 years old and sitting playing with his cellphone, to stand up and not sit in his chair...wow, so mean ? (yeah, he was bored, waiting for the 3 of us to choose shoes).

I was trying on shoes standing up, and I knew my place, what's wrong with my little child replacing me sitting down

Then my mother who did not choose, watching her grandson, was told to go out with a wave of his hand and my 6 year old son who was already standing but still playing with his cellphone + my teenage son who was also standing (had finished choosing but his shoes was still at the cashier because he was waiting for us his parents had not finished choosing), the 3 of them were told to wait outside even though it was raining outside, when I went up to the 2nd floor to help my husband choose ? (are you crazy?).

Unfortunately i didn't remember to take a picture of this person.

Heyyy... we bought 3 pairs of shoes and didn't bother you at all because we only took 1 model but you treated us like this It really tarnishes the friendliness of the Japanese people. You, the employee wearing a mask whose English is very messy, are very rude.
My husband often works with Japanese people because he built an oil factory, even my in-laws have been good friends with Japanese people for decades, but we have never been treated this rudely.

Very shocking and disappointing. management must guide they employees better, because it is not only my family who is disappointed and angry.

いつもネットで済ませていたが
久しぶりに渋谷店行ってみた。

センター街は 様変わりしていた。

店内に入ると 綺麗な内装になってたけど
店員のグレード落ちてる。

靴?を見てたりしてるのに
誰一人「いらっしゃいませ」がない！
ABCマートって昔は活気があったのに。
しつこい位、昔の店員さんは
話しかけてきたのに 笑

コロナ禍でこんなんになってしまったのか
それとも今、現代の若者だから
おとなしいのか？？
いや挨拶 位はしてくれー。

店内はガラガラで
レジから出口まで店内には店員と私だけ。

まさかと思ったけど
「ありがとうございました」もレジで支払った時だけ。

フロアーにいるスタッフは
ガラガラなのに誰も言わない?

2足?スニーカー?買ったから
大きな紙袋持ってるし
私が買ってる所も 見てたのにぃー。

この店舗だけが❌だと思いたい。
渋谷のセンター街に昔からあるのに。

渋谷駅から歩いて10分くらいのところにあります。
店内は意外と狭く感じましたが、新作商品を目立つように飾ってあって店内を見回るのがたのしいです。
店員さんはハキハキとしたフレンドリーな方達で、非常にお店の雰囲気が良かったです。

Located Shibuya area.
You can find it early from Shibuya station.
I felt the inside is narrow, but I enjoyed window shopping looking their fashionable sneakers.
Staff was friendly and helped my shopping there.
