I was at this location for my bag repair but, the lady's name, Lauren, lacks professionalism and customer care.
she litterly put her Starbucks drink with her lipstick on it put it right in front of me while I submitted for a repair order and kept asking me do you have a proof of purchase I told her multiple times I purchased this bag from here this location should’ve been in the system.
Feels like the Ross store maybe offers better customer service than this Prada store.

They are absolutely amazing , the sales person Kelly helped me with the bag I want , she is so nice and friendly! She is very professional and know what I want ! If I come back , I will go that store again

My cousin and I went on Wendsday afternoon to look at the Panier bag and we were greeted by 2 ladies. One was very kind but the other lady was the most condescending sales associate I have ever encountered ( unfortunately we didn’t get her name but she had an accent). She had a snarky remark for everything and was saying that all Prada bags outside the US were inferior ( my cousin mentioned she was going to Europe). I get you want to make a sale but bullying your customers is not the way to do it.

Purchased a $500 headband from Prada which was significantly wider than the dimensions online. The headband will not stay on my head so I brought it in to exchange for another one. Since the headband was a gift (I brought in receipt/never worn) it was past the 30 days of return so they sent the headband in for repair. Prada was unable to fix however, it took over two months to receive back. Customer service did not compensate me in any way. This is not the first product from Prada I have had repair issues with (saffiano leather literally peeled off my wallet), even though I shouldn't have to send in products for repair in the first place. Unfortunately, I will not be buying Prada merchandise again.
