We took my five year old granddaughter to Da-Bar for sneakers. They have a vast selection, however, they don't have every size in every style. Victoria was very patient and brought many different sneakers for my granddaughter to try on. We were happy with the service we received.

I buy my kids sneakers and school shoes at Da Bar Too Shoes every August and spend about $400 each year. This year i went to the store to return a pair of shoes from the 6 pairs we bought two weeks ago. They were never used, in the original box, and with original receipt. The store would not take them back for a refund. They would only give a store credit which has to be used in a year. No where does it say no refunds, and when we bought them, the sales girl knew we weren't sure about them. She said we could just return them. She didn't mention that we could not get a refund. Will not be shopping there further after this year.

The young ladies are very informative about baby shoes. They are very helpful and helped me with a selection for a 7 year old birthday gift. The glitter sneaker gift was the hit of the party!

I’ve been to all the big box stores struggling to find sneakers for my toddler sons chubby feet. This store came recommended to me and I was blown away by their selection of youth sneakers, shoes, sandals that you can’t find anywhere else. It also makes me happy to support a local family owned business. The girls that work there are so sweet and knowledgeable and very patient trying on many pairs on my impatient toddlers feet. I will continue to shop here, just wish I would have found them sooner! I didn’t get a chance to try anything on for myself but they had a really cool curated selection for adults too.

My African American friend went to this store looking to buy a pair of shoes. The door was locked when he tried to enter. He then rang the bell a number of times and was ignored by the young lady inside, even though there was customer in the store. Is this the kind of store we want in Maspeth, which is a very mixed community? I will be advising as many locals as I can not to purchase from Da Bar.

The store was open as I was able to gain access to the store and voice my complaint to your employees!

I had the best experience at Da-Bar Too at 70-05 Grand Ave. I am a runner and I suffer from plantar fasciitis. I spoke to the owner of the store , Mike Mayo. He advised me to purchase brooks running sneakers . These shoes have saved my life . They are so supportive and comfortable! I feel like they run for me !!! The staff at Da-Bar Too are incredibly helpful . They want to make sure the shoes are a perfect fit for each customer . I brought my entire family there to buy sneakers, school shoes, summer shoes and winter boots . You cannot find this personalized attention at any store !! We always have such a great time shoe shopping !!! I highly recommend this family owned store !!!

I wanted my baby's first pair of shoes to be fitted professionally and I'm so happy I met Lori and Mike from Da Bar Too. Lori was super patient and helpful with all the FTM questions I kept asking. She wanted to make sure my son was comfortable taking a few steps in his new shoes and didn't have any orthopedic issues. We wound up getting a pair of Stride Rite boots for my first time walker, a pair of baby Nike sandals for the summer, and a pair of Brooks for me. Very happy with the expertise and warm service from Da Bar Too!

The young lady who assisted us in sizing the school shoes for my daughter was super sweet and professional. My kids' school uses this store for their uniform shoes and although I wasn't pleased about driving so far out the customer service made up for the long trip. 🙂
