Peccato. Tutte le cose belle di questo hotel sono state vanificate da uno sgradevole episodio. Dopo una settimana di soggiorno avendo chiesto il prolungamento del soggiorno purtroppo non c'erano camere disponibili quindi ho dovuto fare il check out. Nel caos di fare le valigie ho dimenticato un profumo Yves Saint Laurent regalatomi recentemente nel bagno dell'hotel. Entrato nel nuovo albergo mi accorgevo della dimenticanza e sono tornato all'hotel per reclamare ciò ché era mio. Nonostante le ripetute richieste sono state accampate varie scuse...devo parlare con la manager del Lost&found...devo sentire la responsabile dell' housekeeping...e via dicendo non c'è stato verso di recuperare il mio profumo. Non mi aspettavo una cosa del genere da un albergo di questa categoria soprattutto dopo aver lasciato la bellezza di oltre 2000 dollari di soggiorno senza neanche avere la stanza rifatta quotidianamente. Mai più. Meglio più economici ma più onesti

Disappointed. All the good things about this hotel were ruined by an unpleasant episode. After a week's stay, having asked for an extension of my stay, unfortunately there were no rooms available so I had to check out. In the chaos of packing I forgot a Yves Saint Laurent perfume given to me recently in the hotel bathroom. Once I entered the new hotel I realized that I had forgotten and I returned to the hotel to claim what was mine. Despite repeated requests, various excuses were made...I have to speak to the Lost&found manager...I have to speak to the housekeeping manager...and so on, there was no way to recover my perfume. I didn't expect something like this from a hotel of this category, especially after leaving a stay of over 2000 dollars without even having the room made up every day. Never again. Better cheaper but more honest

Abbiamo soggiornato soltanto una notte, esperienza piacevole all'interno di un ottimo centro commerciale che offre tante possibilità. Buona la camera, discreta la colazione al mattino. Personale gentile ed efficiente.

We loved our stay at the Hyatt Cleveland/Westlake/Crocker Park. We arrived late from a flight and needed a quick spot to stay - this location was perfect. We were given a beautiful top floor room with a suite and it was perfect for traveling with a little one. We loved that parking was in the garage and safe - and the spot was so nicely located between restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean, staff was so nice, and everything was ready when we arrived. The staff even setup our pack and play for us! Will definitely stay here again if needed!

Nice and roomy with a nice modern look. Bed was nice and pillows were soft, but firm enough for my taste. The reason for the 4/5 is because of the bathroom. It wasn't nasty, but they need a deep clean. This is not what I would ever expect, but not a huge surprise as turnover needs to be fast. 4/5

We got in late one of the nights and gentlemen behind the counter refused to serve us any drinks because he said it was closed. The drinks were just sitting there behind him. He was just standing around and walking to smoke outside. There was no sign about bar hours. I don't understand why they wouldn't want to make more money. That was quite disappointing. 3.5/5

Morning breakfast was nice. Nothing to crazy with plenty of different options. Each day was slightly different, but they always had eggs. Coffee was readily available every morning. They had an option starbucks espresso at extra cost. 5/5

Location was awesome. Within walking distance of all the shopping, food, and theatre. There was a parking deck behind the hotel that kept everything within walking distance. Love that everything was right there, it made it so convenient to not have to drive any where. 5/5

This hotel was a not-great combination of pretty expensive for a suburban Hyatt and pretty outdated. It was also veeeery loud after-hours. The room was a decent size, which I will give it, and the breakfast was fine. The best thing is the location in a pedestrian mall with dining and entertainment options.

This could be the weirdest review I have ever left, but I must leave it. After making a reservation online through a third-party travel platform, I arrived at the hotel only to find out they did not have my reservation and they were completely booked due to an event. Even though this was very frustrating a staff member at the hotel went above and beyond to help me find another place to stay. She did not have to do that and it was greatly appreciated. Thanks to her my trip was not ruined and her kindness was greatly appreciated her kindness.

Great event and we stayed overnight at the Hyatt. Very nice staff, very clean room and property. Great location with shops and restaurants
