Horrible customer service!!!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this clothing store where I spent $800 on various items. The customer service I received was beyond unacceptable. Not only did the cashier and manager display rudeness and disrespect, but they also failed to address a simple request.

Upon completing my purchase, I kindly asked for an extra bag as one of the two bags they had given me had ripped. To my surprise, both the cashier and the manager responded in a dismissive manner, stating that they did not have any additional bags available. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to accommodate such a basic request left me feeling undervalued as a customer.

The overall attitude and behavior of the staff members were unprofessional and completely unacceptable. It is evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this establishment, which is truly disheartening considering the significant amount of money I had spent there.

I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider shopping at this store due to their abysmal customer service standards. The lack of basic courtesy and respect shown towards patrons is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall reputation of the business.
