Never buying a single item from this place again. I spent over 1,000 dollars on a roof rack and got roped into becoming a member. Was told that members get taken care of unless you need an installation apparently. Checked multiple times to schedule an appointment to have the roof rack installed. Unfortunately like many others I work like a normal person and mornings during the weekday just won't work. Wasn't given any other options. Buy elsewhere

Called ahead to make sure they had the product, spoke to Sydney who made sure product was there. The gentleman over at the sunglasses (his name escapes me currently.), text me over to the product and went back and grabbed one for me because the shelf was empty. I experienced top-tier customer service and can't wait to come back.

This place has a great selection, nice store & things stop there. I am a colored woman married to a white guy. Most do not know how to wrap their head around that. I face micro and not so micro aggressions almost everyday; one of them is someone following me around a store to watch if perhaps I will shoplift. I know what they are doing, they pretend to fold clothes, put things up, reshuffle things on a well stocked shelf not far from me, looking at me all the time. I have seen it all. So this older lady in a REI employee uniform decided to give me one stern look and then stuck like glue to my back, suddenly finding random things to do around us, no matter where in the store we wandered. I am a colored woman (which is what you see), I am also an Ivy league educated physician (which isn't too obvious) and I do not shop lift!!!! Stop this nonsense. Use your cameras if you are so scared. Stop making fools of yourselves! Stop mistreating your paying customers!!!! Reason I mention my white husband is he has never been treated like this when he is by himself. He is appalled to see it happen when we are together!!

Abby was incredibly helpful with helping my friend and I pick out climbing shoes! From sizing to comfort to skill level, she made us feel like we were in very good hands. I came in knowing very little about how to choose a climbing show for Bouldering at my local gym. She made us feel like we were experts by the time we left!!

Didn't enjoy the sales tactics. Employees seem to be tasked with attempting to sign you up for some monthly subscription. The sales signage is also unclear. Large signs posting a percentage off did not apply to all items below the sign.

I usually order online and pick up in store. Staff is helpful and returns have been pain free. The have a great selection of snow gear in winter.

Somewhat smaller REI, but it still has an impressive selection of products in a convenient location. Staff were very welcoming and Allie went above and beyond to help me find the right size and color of jacket I wanted. Would definitely visit again.

Smaller than average store with a lesser selection of products than normal when it comes to an REI store; however, the amazing staff (which is already held to a high standard for REI) makes up for it. I was helped multiple times on my visit to this REI by smiling faces and warm personalities. Highly recommend
