I previously purchased a home gym during the pandemic from Johnson Fitness and store manager Eric Harker. Eric was able to get me my equipment at that time even though things were hard to get due to the pandemic. Since then, I needed a couple of service issues addressed and Eric was immediately on top of it and those minor issues were resolved. Fast forward to today, I was looking for an indoor exercise bike and was interested in the Schwinn IC4. I was happy to see that Eric is still the store manager at the Laguna Niguel location. He helped me with all information he could provide and I agreed to purchase a bike. Later that day, Eric informed me that the Schwinn was likely going to have a delayed delivery date due to supply issues. After doing some additional research, I went back the next day and sat down with Eric and he guided me to a different unit and made sure that I was taken care of and fully satisfied with my revised purchase. Eric was always gracious and patient and happy to help. I feel as though he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Happy customers are returning customers. I highly recommend Johnson Fitness in Laguna Niguel and please see Eric Harker if you go there. He's a stand-up and honest guy.

Love love love our new home gym set up!! Treadmill, all in one weight station. High quality equipment! Functional, meets all our needs, fits into our small space. Will pay for itself in less than 6 months vs monthly membership at gym where you have to “wait your turn”. Our time, our terms, no travel time. Excellent customer service!!! Definitely recommend 😃👍🏻
