SCAMMERS! Bought a machine from them not even a year ago. Specifically told John, their salesman, what I will be cutting and asked if it’s covered under warranty and he reassured me that it is and also recommended a third party fan to help insure that which did nothing at all and later states that he recommended it for sound when that was never an issue. When I run into an issue they now state it’s not covered and no where in their warranty does it state what not to cut on. Steve, the store manager does not answer his phone calls at all and I have to go multiple times to the location to handle anything. They were so friendly when it came to selling us the machine, but very terrible when it comes to helping you out after.

I can never get any parts. No one calls you back. Worst customer service. My Flux 10 has been down for 3 weeks. I even gave them a credit card to send parts and now nothing and no one calls me back. At this point I will sell it as soon as I get it running

I bought my Laguna Swift 4x8 Vacuum used and was only in service for a couple months. It ran off three phase and Laguna walked me through the process of rewiring it which was an easy process. They were patient with me as I had tons of questions. I would highly recommend their support and the machine.

Updating my review, I can only say good things about the several Laguna Tools I have and their service/support. I am in the process of buying a new CNC router from them and cannot wait for the big upgrade from a Swift to either the Pro or the Maker.

I was in search of a dust collector unit for my shop when i discovered the CFLUX 3 after hours and hours of research. After assembly i had some minor issues with the circuit board and the on switch, i contacted Laguna tools after registering my tool and was immediately contacted back. I could not be happier with the timely response to these issues within a week i had both replacement parts and have the machine running at full capacity. This experience with Laguna has been amazing and i look forward to doing business with them again. Case #83898

Beaware of this company. You will regret it very soon. I placed an order for a new laser cutter and orbital sander. The sander never came with my order and they claimed that they made a mistake and shipped the item incomplete. Once we unpacked the unit, we get a item that is damaged and clearly used in a very bad shape. I called and try to find out what is going on and they offered me 6 months extended warranty at the best. The unit did not come with a user manual or software or any sort of guide. After making attempt to get a hold of software for over a week, I still do not have anything to use or operate the machine. Calling the customer service department and complaining has no result. I asked to have the item returned back to them for a refund and now they are telling me that I have to pay 25% restocking fee and cover shipping charges on an item that is 1. clearly used and not new, 2. Does not have any user manual and software, 3. incomplete order with no support or service what so ever. 4. terrible rude and unprofessional support staff (Adam and the lady who pickup the phone are nice but god forbid you have to talk to the other witch who is apparently return manager). I bought this item from them thinking I will be getting support so I can have my business running smoothly. I was wrong. Me and my staff have spent more time chasing them down for a user manual than I would had I been dealing with some Chinese seller off Alibaba. Absolutely terrible experience and customer service. Stay away from this company. Read the reviews. You have been warned. Just take a look at the pictures of the new unit that they promised and charged me an arm and leg for.

Buyer Beware! A warranty is only as good as the company behind it and this company does not stand behind their warranty. I purchased an F2 from their outlet where they explicitly state a 6 month warranty. Product arrived with a defect in the right extension. Instead of simply replacing the extension they stated that that my issue was not covered. If this is how they treat a direct customer I can only imagine how they treat a customer through their resellers. Based on other reviews not good.
